4 ⭐ because they make it seem you'll only get charged the monthly fee, but nope!You'll be charged a Start up fee, Monthly Fee & Annual Fee.Now that that's out tof the way, it's a good gym to be a member of. They have the equipment you need and a friendly staff.

This gym is extremely clean! Every single staff member was either cleaning equipment, mopping, or assisting prospective clients.All the machines were clean and serviceable. The free weitghs were neatly stacked according to weitgh. Trash cans were all clean and empty.I would definitely recommend this PF gym to anyone looking for one in the PSJA/MCallen area 👍

At the beginning of signing up, the young lady did not tell me the exact date the annual fee (every March) was going to drop. I asked her if i could just deposit the money and have both the fee and charge taken out on the same date, and she said that be fine. This in returned caused me to receive a fee in my bank.Update ----Spoke with David from Weslaco and he replied quickly to my email and provided a letter of error. This makes me want to stay with Planet Fitness.Thank you and Kudos to David, he did something that is very rare here in the valley and gyms.

Still being cautious due to covid but i managed to go n ck it how it was. Went back around 1130pm at night. App stated it was not crowded. It still had over 20 to 25 ppl in there. By midnight half of the ppl were gone. I like how PF had sanitizer sprayers n paper towels located all over the gym. Whether ppl cleaned their area. I made sure i cleaned b4 using any machine. Did notice staff cleaning free weights. Well done PF. Keep up the food work. Will go back to this location.

I always go in the mornings and it’s always very clean which I appreciate. There’s a lady always cleaning in the mornings. Machines work, I think only once I had an issue with the treadmill stoping in the middle of my walk. But other than that never had any other issues with machines they’re all very well taken care of.The only down fall is one, sometimes the hand sanitizers aren’t filled and two, I had signed up for 3 classes ya’ll offered and the instructor never showed up for any.

Feel pretty comfortable here staff is always friendly place is kept clean. Has everything you need to get a good burn in. And yes there's some pretty cute girls most the time.

The Pharr location is the cleanest gym I have been to in the RGV. Plenty of equipment sanitation stations and the disinfectant bottles are always full. Great cleaning crew who always stays on top of the job. Great and friendly staff. Fellow gym members respect your space. Good music. The only thing I don't like is there is not much free weights, but that is PF as a whole. Overall, a good place to workout. I really like that the app tells you when it's a packed gym.

Gym was nice and clean the night crew staff was awesome and tons of help!
