Guy at the front desk has poor communication skills, is really rude and basically ignored us after tending to our account. Staff also gives out account information to everyone.

Showers are cold and drinking water is hot. Very uncomfortable to shower and drink. Equipment is in good condition and is relatively clean.

Called @ the ad. Stating 10$ to join and depending on what plan I pick the monthly plans start at $10 per. Month. We shall see if that's what they charge when I go to sign up tomorrow!!!

I'm very disappointed with this location, is not possible that PLANET FITNESS PHARR can't have the resources to fix the water heater problem, I sign up with $38 and after 3 weeks complaining about the problem I give up, I find out that this problem has been like this for months , I cancelled myMembership and ask for a refund but unfortunately they don't give me my money back because I pay cash.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Lots of treadmills. Various weights. Various exercise machines. Hydromassage chair is awesome. Lots of cleaning stations throughout. Social distance protocols. Clean restroom.

Samantha at the front desk could not take a moment out of her day to sign us up for gym membership. Instead I had to go home create an account when all she needed to do is input our information! Said it’s easier to do it yourself, it’s easier for her .
