Great gym run by a friendly, helpful staff. When it was closed at the end of 2022 for renovations, I went to the Market East location and it didn't have the same feel-good vibe. Grad Hospital is further for me but it's worth it. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. It has all the equipment you need (except a calf machine but oh well), it's clean, and I like that I get to use my points for free smoothies.

My favorite Gym in the city. Plus they just renovated the first floor and basement with Olympic lifting equipment!Literally the best gym in the city 🙌🏾

It's crazy that they preach "community" all the time and yet don't pay their employees nearly enough to live off of. I guess "community" really means "abject poverty"

I was somewhat nervous about exploring this gym based on past reviews regarding staff friendliness and vibes. But I have to say, my experience has been nothing but stellar so far. Every person there has been exceptionally warm to me, from the front desk to every client. The guy who gave me my initial tour (Matt) was really cool, no pressure, friendly, and welcoming. He answered all my questions about cost and contracts, held a great sense of humor, and was absolutely inviting. I signed up immediately with him. I then came back a week later for a THRIVE session, and the trainer (Morgan) was phenomenal. For a guy like me who hasn't been in a gym in 20 years and was a bit intimidated by the program, she was able to calm my nerves, meet me at my fitness level, and still kick my a**. The gym has great new equipment, is really well laid out, conveniently located for me, and never feels too chaotic. I think I made a great choice in ignoring any old negative reviews and seeing this place for myself. Highly recommend others do the same!
