Has to be one of the worst Eos I have been too. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my house so by default I go here but it’s not a great gym. Almost every other treadmill does not work and the ones that do sound like they don’t. After 10 pm forget about the movie restarting in the movie room because the single attendant never pays attention to anything but her phone. The carpets have smelled like sweat and grime for months. The stretch mats are all messed up and smell. Machines missing parts. The leg extension machine has been broken for at least 6 months. Restrooms always smell horrible. Mold all over the counters from the water the blowers blow to the corners. Always full of homeless people. Hopefully they change something because they will lose many customers once the nearby eos gets built.

This EōS is awful an dirty the machines do notWork I’ve had my membership for 2 weeks after beingAmbushed in the beginning of getting my membership by 3 guys Juanito supposedly the assistant manager but can’t seem to take no for answer about the personal training program . I had said no about 8 times an they still asked “ what’s stopping you from apply today ?” Nothing I just diddnt want it ! Juanito constantly raised his voice getting upset I didn’t wanna join the personal trainer package . I can’t believe multiple guys came to the desk an ambushed me . I will definitely get ahold of someone higher then the manager there cause seems to me A LOT of people are having this issue an it’s still unresolved.

Never never ever go here. At some point you will want to cancel your membership wether you don’t need it or you move. I canceled over a month ago. Have not been in several months due to me moving somewhere that had a gym. I got charged today after having gone in and canceling my non contract membership. I went in to see why and what went wrong. They told me it was just a request to cancel that they would fulfill it when they are ready to that I would continue to get charged until they grant my cancellation. This seams shady. Like are they going decide 6 months down the road I’m good to finally cancel? I’m definitely going to talk to my bank about this one. I’m also going make it my mission to refer all my friends and family away from there to go to another gym.

I went to check out this gym for the first time. The girl at the front didn’t even greet me just stared at me. Then I told her I was interested in the 7 day pass and she told me to come back later because only a fitness person could issue it. Like hire people with customer service skills and anyone who walks through the door at any given time should be able to get a membership or pass. That’s just ridiculous

I have been coming to this gym almost two months now. My purspose was, to join in a zumba class. And get motivation to loose weight and have fun at the same time and obviously meet new people. I have tried couple of classes with different instructors. And to me I found the perfect class and perfect instructor. "Angie Cardoza" my schedule fits perfect with her class. But comes today ..I found out she will no longer teach class on the days I'm available (wed, and Sunday's) in her class I felt like home ..she has great motivation skills very professional. Did not discriminate anyone!!!! I loved the way she welcomed me the first day i jointed, and she continues to welcomes me and everyone . I feel disappointed that she was removed for those dates. Her class has been helping me with my rehab after my surgery and as well as getting out of my comfort zone and helped me build my self-esteem. If she doesn't get back those dates. I will have discontinue my membership . I would hate to stop what i have started in my rehab. But there will be no point for me to keep membership if I can't go dates I'm available. I feel it's unfair to remove a great instructor.

*** Currently under expansionCompared the the 83rd & the Olive Ave location this one is the best one so far. I went in the am on a Tuesday and the staff was alright (friendlier at 83), the machines were organized pretty well and was definitely more body inclusive!Overall its a good gym.

This is one of the messiest gyms I've ever been to and I've been to a good number of gyms living in other states and countries. The Olympic weights are thrown all over the place in the squat racks, weight trees are completely disorganized with weights leaning against them when there's plenty of room on the arms, dumbbells or constantly in the wrong spot or scattered all over the gym, weights are almost never reracked, and cable accessories are thrown everywhere and almost never put back in the stands. It's clear the employees don't care about the etiquette of its members because people hog the most desired equipment even when they can see there's a line of people waiting for them. Also, about a fifth of the machine are out of order.

Good place to go to for a workout a swim and the sauna was nice too all there equipment looks like it's new. The sauna is well taken care of and so is the pool. Has a locker room where you can store your stuff....

save yourself the time and money. I cancelled my personal training, few months later I started getting calls from their collection company stating that I owe them over 1K, I went in person and talked to (Aron I believe that is his name) I explained the situation he told me that I only had to pay $76.98 and $43.00 to restart my membership. He sign me up with personal training again without out my knowledge, of course I did not read the documents since he was supposedly telling me what each signature was for he was like sign here here here here. I did not get a copy of anything I . I had not realized that I've been charge this amount since I really do not pay close attention to my credit card . Yesterday I saw two charges from EOS $43 & $51.99, I called today and I was told that I signed for personal training again and that I had agreed to it. This is a scam needles to say I am cancelling my membership and cancelling my credit card.
