Mountainside Fitness Happy Valley

Nice gym, but entirely too crowded about 95% of the time someone would reasonably be able to go and workout. Kids area is nice and gym is usually very clean.

Great place to work out. Personal trainers are all very friendly always saying hi asking about your day. Berkeley makes the best smoothies. Always try her suggestions.

Great classes, clean facility and the sauna is my favorite. Great value for such an amazing fitness center

I absolutely love this gym! The staff are so friendly, especially Morgan!! She always greets me with smile and asks me how I am! The gym overall is clean, well-kept, and a great place to get my work out in. So glad Mountainside Fitness is here in Norterra

This fitness location has lots of varieties of classes starting early morning and many machines to work out. Everything is kept so clean. Has kids zone to take care of little ones. Great coaches with flexible timings. My personal trainer Izzy is super supportive and always there to answer all my questions. She is the best!For beginners group classes are awesome like muscle, Tabata and Zumba.

Had an issue with the explanation of certain billing issues at the Happy Valley location. Carefree location helped explain what what happened and said it wasn't too uncommon at this location. Changed from 1 star to 3 since Carefree helped me out.As a whole MSF is a good gym with a low monthly membership. It can be busy at times, but its usually not too bad. Wish they had more than a half court, but its worth the low rates.Edit from 3 star to 1: I actually gave these guys a second shot and they messed up even worse than the first time. They credited me three free months for the mistake they made before, then after the first free month started charging me again. I decided I wanted to try a different gym because of the constant billing issues. They informed me if I canceled I'd have to pay a cancelation fee (keep in mind, at this point they still owed me about $70), so I asked if that was after they credited my card for the months they charged me when they said they wouldn't, they just said they couldn't do anything about that but credit me for more free months (which at this point I didn't trust them). Decent enough facility, terrible billing department.

Wow I left a review mentioning that they don’t have a seated ham curl and they literally purchased the equipment and had it sitting there within a week! I love how this location continuously invests in new equipment and attachments.

This gym does not honor the 5 day free pass on their company's website.I did the 5 day free pass because I'm visiting my parents from out of town (military). I read all the terms and conditions to make sure there was no commitment on my end. I went into the gym this morning (it's pretty packed so they obviously don't have any issues getting memberships) and the guy working memberships flat out said he can only give me a one day pass and not a five day because I wasn't interested in joining. That's fine, I get it you are all about the bottom-line, but kind of jacked up when your website advertises very boldly of a 5 day free pass.I will not be recommending this gym to my parents, sister's family, or friends that still live here on Happy Valley.

It’s really nice on the inside. Was always clean and plenty of towels. I used the steam room daily and it was great. Tons of weights and machines and other stuff. I never got a chance to try the classes.I had an issue with cancelling my membership since I was only in town for a short while. Tony (district manager) went above and beyond to make it right and I really appreciate that. Great gym, I wish I had one near me! :)

I absolutely love Mountainside Happy Valley! The staff are always friendly. The gym is always clean and I love how close the gym is to my house, makes getting here a lot easier at 6am.
