Mountainside Fitness Happy Valley

This was the first gym I have ever been to and I have had a great experience. The gym is always clean, the trainers are friendly and the plans are very reasonable for what you get.

Treating their employees poorly. For 2 1/2 weeks (since Dec 12th) my friend who is a male trainer here was harassed and stalked by Elizabeth Pimentel a gym member there. It was brought up to the direct manager and GM and for 2 1/2 weeks nothing was done about it. Today my friend finally told her to leave him alone that she is being creepy making himself and his clients uncomfortable, she proceeded to call her father. Once her father arrived staff members allowed him back without a membership or scanning a bar code he than proceeded to threaten to kill the staff member his girlfriend and children. What did the management team do after? Fired the employee for telling the father they can take it outside their place of business. (Polite way of wording it) Again, this could of been avoided if the management team at this location did their jobs properly, if my friend was a woman being stalked and harassed they would of kicked the gym member out. The fact that police pressed charged against the father and a judge approved two injunctions of harassment to my friend against the daughter Elizabeth and father Jose, but as a company they allowed a random person in the gym to threaten CHILDREN and their 18 yr old daughter doesn’t lose her membership for allowing this disgusting behavior towards innocent children as well did not listen to the employee or his clients who all complained about this 18 year old child’s creepy behavior is poor management.UPDATE: Jeff district manager and Jamie GM of Happy Valley location Canceled my Membership from any location due to me speaking the truth of what occurred. Also right after I had the gym member Elizabeth served with harassment and pressed charges so they can back a woman who’s father threatened to kill my children. Who can call him anytime to let him be aware that I am there with my children. Again their solution is not defending children, but making this location look good. I had no problem after talking to a judge and multiple police going to another location, but no because I find a solution to keep my children safe legally, they are upset that I dear speak the truth.

I love this gym! Great staff & clean environment! Michele at the front desk is always so helpful! The daycare staff is fabulous with my grandchildren!

Love everything Mountainside Fitness has to offer. There’s something for everyone. Group classes are diverse and the instructors are all so friendly and fun. My whole family loves to go.

Mt family of 7 has been coming since they first opened. My Littles enjoy the pay area and my bigs enjoy the floor and classes. The members here are our gym family. We love it here.

Love working out at mountainside. The gym is always clean, and the people at the gym are very respectful. I have been coming for 4 years now, and it is the best gym I have tried! Love having mountainside as my gym home!

This is a great gym. It’s always clean and has plenty of equipment. I recently moved, and have closed gyms to my house but still go out of my way to come to this mountainside

I love this gym! All the staff are friendly, the gym is always clean. The variety of group fitness classes is awesome and you can’t beat the proximity to the I-17

Gym is nice and clean, staff is friendly. People are considerate about cleaning the machines and keeping their space when busy. Membership staff are also incredibly helpful, especially when changing plans and laying out prices.

This gym is huge so I don’t have to wait for equipment. The gym is clean and the staff is amazing. One of the employees Brandon gave me a tour of the faculty and was even able to recommend some great classes for me 10/10
