Been a Vasa member for awhile and had the $19.99 membership where I could bring a guest then it went to $24.99 and I was fine with that since I wanted to still be able to bring in a guest …….come to find out Vasa changed that and I was paying that amount for nothing I tried to bring in a guest and they said I didn’t have that which I did , it was the only reason I stayed paying $24.99 . I DINT USE THE 3 free cycling lmao… group workout and tanning . I right away downgraded to $9.99 didn’t like how they made that change without letting us know .

I've been going to this gym since it opened and have worked with the personal trainers. Nick and his staff are caring and do a great job with helping achieve fitness goals. Kenny is a great trainer and has helped me achieve correct form with my workouts. I've also trained with Kiona who is fun to work with as well. Thanks Guys!

Great gym. Many different equipment options. Need more running equipments. Get a track field lol

I love everything about this place😁The staff are amazing .They clean the areas and help protect the families as there are kids that come here .The whole vibe is very relaxing at the sametime motivational.

Instructors at this place are really good, but management is awful 😞😞. We were in a Zumba class when this lady called Belinda interrupted us three times because according to her the music was loud. She put it do low that we could hardly listen to it when the instructor talked to us. Every single one of us were unhappy so we went to complain to her and she started giving excuses like the cell phone ring would have a base tone and that the loud music would break the speaker. Why would Vasa hire people with no idea of what they are talking about? Why can't Vasa tells her to fix and clean the place? Instead of interrupting classes? I heard that she has interrupted other classes so please Vasa..instruct her on how to be a manager or get rid of her.

The offer a lot of classes which I love! Would highly recommend this gym. The special amenities make it worth the price. They have 2 different types of saunas!

The setup is very nice. They just about have everything you can think of within a gym. Nice and clean. Polite and educated representatives. Only downfall is the huge fans on the ceilings. Way too breezy.

Water classes are awesome. Gym kept clean, staff friendly. Rules for hygiene tho are ignored by many guests. Gym bags laying all around pool and in aisles. Street shoes in the steam room. No showering between sauna and pool dips (gross!). Its a nice gym. I wish the violators were addressed. A few selfish users can ruin it....one senior pool user tripping over a gym bag could be a nightmare. Can a shower spigot be installed in the pool area like at most gyms? Can the gym bags laying everywhere be monitored? A few simple changes would make this a 5star

I give this gym one star because I paid for 3 memberships soon after I opened them my wife and I canceled shortly after because the daycare services that were advertise were not told to us on signing up that location didn’t have them to offer . So I continue to pay for a membership for my son but the membership was not getting used much now I’ve been trying to cancel for about 3 months now . every time I call I get the run around if I try to use text services I get more run around . What are appreciated if somebody reached out to me to get this canceled otherwise I will report to continuing charges is fraudon my credit card.
