Friendly staff, clean and nice amenities. 2 stars because you're charged a "guaranteed rate fee." It's also such a hassle to cancel your membership. Won't let you cancel through the app, the website doesn't work, can't call the gym itself because "they don't do that," wait time for the customer service call is hours. Only option is to email the support.Update: closed my account two months ago and I’m still being charged.

Absolutely best decision I have ever made for myself and my daughter. My daughter has been working out with the personal trainer Kenny and he is incredible. My daughter is autistic and does not really open up or respond to anyone unless she knows them really well however, from day one she has had nothing but positive interactions with Kenny. He is extremely patient with her, taking the time to verbally and visually explains everything to my daughter so that she is comfortable doing all the exercises that he is teaching her. Kenny is awesome and we would highly recommend going to see Kenny.

Received a Great tour of the facility on 43d & Thunderbird in Phoenix by Melinda and Robert. Was shown every aspect of the equipment, classes, pool area with hot tub, and sauna. Explained clearly the different purchase options and what was included in each one. Very clean atmosphere. Well organized workout areas and classes. Signed up today and a got a great deal that included access to everything available under the STUDIO selection. Set up my PTCA for the next day after work. And topped off with a hydromassage chair for 10 minutes. Overall, I had a fantastic first impression experience. 😄 😀 Hoping to really jump start a better health habit life and feel & live much better!!!

Great gym. They do a good job keeping up with equipment and staff is always friendly. Has been getting crowded lately but so has every other gym out there… Even in off hours when it used to be empty 😔 …

I've never had a gym membership before I signed up at VASA. This location is large and has four rows of cardio steps, bikes and treadmills. The weights and resistance machines are great for a full workout. The equipment is clean and well maintained. As with any gym membership, they will sneak in "extra" fees. I guess there is no avoiding that 😐

disrespectful and rude front desk lady, brought my 15 year old son in a few weeks ago to lift, they told us he couldn't have his own membership until he was 16 but he could lift with me until then. We signed a waiver and they let him in, no charge. Been bringing him in with no issue until today. Today I was told it's now all the sudden $15 to add him as a guest. I asked why nobody has ever mentioned this before and the rude lady at the desk raised her voice at me and said "well, I'm telling you now" Been a member there for years, but that's enough for me to cancel. I wont be talked to like that as a customer ever.

Just joined this gym about 2 months ago and was waiting to review it. It is the best gym I have ever joined. So big so much equipment that even when it's packed there is plenty of workout stations to be at. They have a sauna and dry sauna big huge pool basket ball courts and more. Reasonably priced at 17.99 a month for me it's worth every penny

My routine here was simple yet satisfying and deluxe. Cardio, weights, sauna, massage. The only girl night out I needed. Service wasn’t always the greatest. But I didn’t care I called it my gym :)

My wife and I have belonged to health clubs here in Phoenix nonstop since 1973 beginning with International Fitness back when Jack LeLanne owned and frequented the establishments but have never seen anything to match the amenities of VASA. And the personnel are very friendly.
