It’s a clean gym. I give 3 stars because their customer service is horrible. I have issues trying to change my home gym and they say to use to app. I tell them it doesn’t allow me to and they say there’s nothing they can do. I just go on …

If I could give it 0 star I wouldI used to love this gym and the environment but this lady who claims she works there made this place unfriendly. Needless to say why as many fitness centers that are available. I’m not paying my hard earn funds to be treated rude or poorly. These so call staff need training on basic customer service.

The people that work at the actually gym were great. No problem with employees. But god the payments were awful. I couldn’t afford to keep going but they made it impossible to cancel. You have to call a place that never answers the phone. I finally put my membership on hold but after 90 days it opened up and stared charging me- no warning, no calls. If you plan on ever taking a break from the gym don’t go here because I guess your in for life. I will literally never join a gym again

Good gym. Low key with a steady flow of members from the ASU campus across the street. Pool, sauna, Jacuzzi uncrowded. There is a bit of a wait for some machines, and you will hunt for attachments, but overall, a good gym.

Excellent gym, staff, and so far very clean and respectful members. (I'm a morning guy) There's tons of free weights (longest rack of DBs I've ever seen) and machines, pool, spa, basketball, with a super clean and very large locker room and bathrooms. I've been a member at Golds, EOS, LA fitness and Planet Fitness over the last 7 years and this is definitely the best IMO. Less expensive than black card at PF and you get tanning and massage chairs. VASA has it dialed in.

I really like this place. Machines are clean and value is incredible. Pool looks amazing. Lockers are clean. Movie center workout room w hood movies. Altogether hitting all the marks for me.

I am a senior that recently joined Vasa Fitness. I can't tell you enough how impressed I am with all they have to offer especially for seniors!! Yesterday I did a senior work out lead by Oscar and it was out of this world!! The staff is so friendly and helpful and make me feel very important 🙂 Vasa Fitness far exceeds LA Fitness/Esparta. I've been a vasa member for 3 years now. This is the best gym in Phoenix/Scottsdale. It's the largest gym I've been to and has too many amenities to name, including pool/basketball court/spa/bike room/dance room/ .... And literally way too much to list. It only starts at $10 per month, so definitely worth it. Everyone who works there is friendly and knows what they're talking about. You'll love it here, trust me!

I have just joined Vasa and have completed my first workout. The people are friendly, the facilities are bright and clean. The exercise equipment is newer and in good working order. I’m looking forward to many hours of exercising and making new friends!
