Located at 3300 N Central Expy Ste A, Plano, TX, 24 Hour Fitness provides a comprehensive gym experience with state-of-the-art equipment, including a pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. The gym also offers a variety of exercise classes with certified instructors and a spacious, clean environment. Friendly staff members like Justin and Konrad contribute to a positive atmosphere, making it an appealing option for gym-goers.

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with 24 Hour Fitness that I feel compelled to share. I called their facility @ Johnson!!!! to inquire about a price promotion email I received from them, and to my shock, the manager intentionally!!! hung up on my call. I thought it was by mistake and called back immediately, and @Johnson said he had to make a phone call( but how can you answer my phone call in about 2 seconds????)This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially from a business that prides itself on providing quality service. I understand that misunderstandings can occur, there is no excuse for a manager to abruptly end a call without attempting to address a customer's concerns or questions. It not only reflects poorly on the manager but also on the entire organization.

Stole my money because I work out late at night. FALSE ADVERTISING. Never mentioned that when they took the very expensive fee and never paid me back

Since the pandemic is over, it’s time to switch back to 24 hours routine. Otherwise I will have to seek other institutions because late hours workout is highly desired.

The 24 hour fitness have the BEST and most exercise classes than any other larger gym!!!! I know because I also belong to LA Fitness, Fitness connection and Crunch! I go to about 6 classes per week. They have Les Milles certified instructors! Please join the gym!! The staff are nice and it is clean!
