The manager Karen I mean Kelly is rude and condescending and is always either turning the music off or keeping it so low that no one can even hear it. Why would we not want to hear music while we work out?

Gym wasn't too busy so I got to use alot of machines. The steam room was amazing. Staff was nice and helpful.

They are not open 24 hours and don't seem to want to adjust their hours. Other gyms are now extending their hours but this gym won't budge. I will not be renewing my membership and going to LA fitness instead.
