I have taken Brenda Eriksson's class quite a few times and I totally recommend her classes!! Her enthusiasm was on point! She encouraged and motivated everyone and knew when someone needed that little extra push. She demonstrated the exercises and gave alternative and advanced options. *Bonus her music was not to loud or to quiet. There are sometimes I leave with my ears pounding due to the loud music and other times I am wishing that I could hear music when I am on the treadmill!!

It's good, but I'm disappointed by OTF charging a $12 for cancelling a session. They think that since we pay $$$ for a month's workout, we have the money to give away $12 for cancelling a session! This is completely unacceptable! And although it was good, I was getting bored by the same treadmill, rowing and on the floor workout. I'm interested in getting results. If I can get the same benefit for a $10-$45/month workout, then why not?

I've been going since last April and have no plans of stopping! Absolutely the best value for THE BEST WORKOUT EVER!! Specifically, when you have TALENTED, PASSIONATE, ENERGETIC trainers like Debbie Breihan how can you not LOVE this? Debbie is one of my favorite trainers for these reasons and more. She always brings 100% (which is what she asks of you) and keeps you smiling while you're sweating your butt off! Make no mistake though, Debbie is serious when it comes to her students getting results! So, if you are ready to have the ride of your life (and you're even a bit nervous) and get noticeable results, stop in, check it out, and start changing your life TODAY! Thank you Debbie for all that you do and the difference you make in so many lives, including this guy! Burn Orange for Life!Mark McDaniel, the "former" biggest guy (literally) in the room

OTF is one of the best things to happen to me this year! My fiance and I came on a whim one night in October, and have been hooked ever since. We both never really worked out before, but we now attend Orange Theory 4-5 times a week (it's worth every penny!). The few times I would go to a gym by myself I would hardly break a sweat, so having a coach telling me exactly what to do and when really pushes me each workout. The coaches are AWESOME, and we have loved getting to know them over the last few months. They learn you by name, and get to know you personally which makes it all the better to walk into a workout to a friendly face. I recommend OTF to anyone looking for a "challenging but do-able" workout that always puts you in a good mood! :)

The work out goes by so fast and the coaches make it fun! I love leaving drenched in sweat because I know I just burned 500+ calories and had an overall total body workout. The monitor helps me stay focused and to push myself, I also like seeing the progress stats overtime! The reality is I'm never going to push myself to work that hard in an ordinary gym.
