I've attended a handful of classes so far and I can only describe this gym and its staff in one word - AMAZING!!

The instructor was rude. Nothing special. For the cost, I would expect more. Cycle Bar was a better experience.

I showed up ten minutes early for a class and they wouldn’t let me in because of an arbitrary rule that first timers must show up 15 minutes early. They are uncompromising in their rules to the point of poor customer service.

It’s hard but super worth it. I was able to track my progress as I went and even got an email at the end of the class that showed all my stats. I had Deb for my first class and she ROCKED. I’ll defiantly be going back.

Orange Theory has taken me out of my comfort zone. It has pushed me beyond where I thought my limits were and I love that. In a short period of time I have seen a change in my body. I would recommend this to everyone! It is awesome!

Great studio! I travel a lot for work and pop into different OTF studios. The staff here were very welcoming and the trainers are encouraging and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back at this studio next time I'm in town

This has been the best workout program I ever found that has become a habit and stuck. My husband lost 40 lbs since January. Deb was our first coach and she works here and the Castle Hills studio, one of the best trainers they have. I recommend this place and sign up for Deb when you can!

I have done every kind of group workout class you can imagine, and none of them compare to OT. Rarely, if ever, can you find a one hour class that squeezes in a quality cardio workout with strength training. I was intimidated to try OT at first, but I'm SO glad I did. All of the trainers are FANTASTIC. I have noticed changes in my body that I never thought possible. Before OT I could barely run for a minute and now I love to run. If you are a busy person who is looking to maximize your time in the gym, please consider trying OT- you won't regret it!

I love the trainers first and foremost (Gina, Trey A, Brenda, and Deb). I love the total body cardio workout that is changed each day. I love that there are alternative workouts for someone like me who has knee issues. Lastly, I love the real-time feedback of calories burned and heart rate (when my wrist monitor works). The workouts are high energy and go by fast even though they are intense. I do wish Orange Theory would do a lot of beta testing on reliable, effective on wrist monitors because I keep switching monitors and they inevitably lose my heart rate/go dark. I don't know if it is my charger that doesn't work, but I get accurate readings on less than half of my workouts.

Before Orange Theory I never worked out on a routine basis. I joined Orange Theory approximately eight months ago and I look forward to working out every week. Recently I increased my membership from two sessions a week to three. I love the fact that you have a personal trainer and you don’t have to think about your workouts.Orange Theory Plano staff and all the trainers are the best! I am looking forward to my new summer body!!Thank you, OT PLANO!
