"I like the varied workout that is challenging and coached by an experienced instructor."

The manager Kendall is awful. I would NEVER suggest going to this studio. My fiancé and I both unfortunately had to cancel our memberships and will not return to otf because of her.

I started OTF 5 months ago and it is addicting! I love the energy of this studio, the coaching style, and the playlists are exceptional!

Great workout & coaches! My overall fitness has increased dramatically since joining OTF.

This studio offered me a free class, hounded me to come in, I got a baby sitter at 7am for a 7:30 class, got there at 7:05, and they told me I can’t do the class because I wasn’t 30 minutes early. No one told me I had to be there 30 minutes early. The trainer and front desk staff were rude and would not budge , I explained to them my situation and they still didn’t let me join. Thanks for nothing OTF.

I had a membership with OT from 2016 - 2020 and cancelled due to COVID back in July 2020. I reached out to the gym back in November 2021 to ask if I returned if they would honor my original membership fee. I have an email stating they would honor it, however I would need to come into the studio to sign up. I travel back and forth from Houston to Dallas for work and let them know I would be unable to come into the studio. They would not let me sign up unless I was in person. Today I called and reached out to the manager Kendall to ask if there was anyway I could sign up over the phone as the soonest I could make it to the studio in person would be in February. She said that she could sign me up and when I was in town to stop by and sign the paperwork. (This was never communicated to me back in November when I was inquiring). She then told me that they would no longer be able to honor my original membership fee as prices increased in December. I told her I wish I would have known I could sign up over the phone as that was not communicated to me back in November. She told me there was nothing she could do and that if I wanted to join I would have to pay the membership fee with the increase in price $30 more a month than I was paying previously. I was a loyal customer of OT for 4 years prior to COVID and they would not work with me. Due to the lack of communication and circumstance I would have thought they would be understanding and make an exception. Instead the answer was just no it's policy. Very disappointing and I will probably not use OT again because of this.

I started a few months ago wanting to start a consistent workout routine and I’ve been coming back 3x a week! All the coaches are super encouraging and will correct form when needed. You can also always go your own pace!

II have been with Orangetheory for more than 5 years and love it! After Orangetheory workouts I feel young, healthy and happy. Besides, it helped to lose my weight. I love Orangetheory West Plano coaches. They are professional and attentive. Thank you Luke, Shane, Tray and Brenda. You are the best!

So far so good! I’m new to the gym but I’ve enjoyed my experience so far. Each circuit is different so you don’t get bored :) only complaint is that the music can be loud and can overshadow the instructors voice/instructions.

Coach Shane was amazing. I tried out Orange Theory since I’m looking to change up my fitness routine and really enjoyed the class, however, I won’t be joining because it feels like I’m being harassed by constant text messages. Also another giant red flag - I signed a waiver before my first class and listed someone under EMERGENCY CONTACT. This person is now getting harassed with constant phone calls saying I “referred” them when I never did. Is this legal??? I was very interested in joining but will not be coming back due to the bombardment of messages and shady ways of getting your (and others) contact info.
