Amazing new facility with a very friendly staff!! The whole studio is very clean! It’s the best OTF studio I’ve ever been to!

I came for the first time to this location last week for my free class and the lady at the front turned me away because I was not there 30 minutes before the session started but only 15 minutes early. I informed her that I have been to an Orange Theory location before but not this particular one since it was new and she still told me I could not attend the class! When I booked the session, I was informed over the phone that 15 minutes was plenty of time if I had been to a location before (you all need to get on the same page).I received a follow-up call to book a new session since I was not able to attend (or turned away from attending) so I explained what occurred when I attempted to check-in to the lady on the phone. She proceeded to say "well I will call back in a few weeks to see if you want to reschedule, otherwise I understand if you go to a different gym." Are you kidding me? I kindly told her that I was frustrated and had to drive ALL the way back home because THEY misinformed me and they are just okay with losing my business knowing I will tell all my friends/family NOT to go here?? OKTo add to all of this, not one person smiled or welcomed me into the facility. INCREDIBLY unimpressed with the customer service from TWO different employees and this location as a whole.

Facility is new and clean. A workout is a workout. As far as the brand goes, no attempt to bring me into the facility via marketing...no emails, no "hey, you haven't been in for a workout in X weeks, what can we do?" Not even a response from Facebook page. They just want to siphon your bank account with the auto-draft and hope you forget or never want to make the trip to cancel in person...at least that's how I feel.I joined because I wanted to be a part of this fitness "cult" everyone was going on about...but it's just that, they seem to only care about MRR (monthly recurring revenue) and not developing a relationship. There should be a marketing strategy to not only onboard new members but also keep them members...this location failed miserably.

Moose is a great coach! Regardless of your fitness level, he pushes you to get the most out of your workout! In his classes it doesn’t matter if you’ve been super fit or are just starting, he will welcome you in and make sure you work hard.

I love OTF North Richardson! I joined when this studio first opened in May 2019. All of the staff members are very friendly and welcoming from the front desk staff to the coaches. The front desk employees remember my name and they genuinely make me feel welcome every morning when I come in. The coaches are all very informative and bring something different to the table -- they each have a different style of motivation and even different playlists which keeps things interesting.Having moved around a lot, I have been a member of many boutique and big box gyms. One thing that stands out about this studio is that it is so clean! As a brand, OTF has a policy that is enforced for members to wipe down equipment in between use. Additionally, I have noticed the staff members cleaning equipment in between classes, so I always feel like I'm using fresh equipment. The bathrooms and shower stalls are equipped with all the toiletries you could need (bring your own towel!).Unique to OTF as a whole: every gym does the same workout internationally every day, so I am able to interact with my friends who are members of other studios even though we may be miles apart!
