Just got a membership and thought I should look at the reviews before visiting and based off of the reviews I don’t really want to go anymore, hopefully when I get there you guys prove the reviews wrong, will change my rating accordingly.

I paid for a platinum membership for a year. To go to any location with unlimited buddy passes. this location wont validate it but wants me to sign up and pay again. Horrible Customer service by Rahiem . He told me to come back tomorrow when someone else was there after not letting me in and threatening to call cops if I went in.. update** 8 months later .upped my review as the gyms getting better and keeping up with cleanliness and fixing machines

I don't write many reviews but this is necessary for those thinking of working out at this location.In the past week I have worked out at the Miramar, Miami, and Homestead locations. I live walking distance from the Plantation location, and I avoid it at all costs. Luckily my job has me on the road so I always pack my gym bag for when the opportunity presents itself to workout during a gap in my schedule or lunch break.The Plantation location is by far in the worst condition - especially in the caregory of cleanliness. After showering there I feel dirtier than when entering the bathroom - I feel like I contracted some sort of disease or infection with the state of the bathroom - specifically the showers. I won't mention how none of the essentials are ever filled (not a problem since I come with my own shampoo, soap and etc). There's mold and mildew on the tiles and the shower dividers, the floor is disgusting.Management needs to reach out to the Miramar location and connect with them because that location values it's members.If it wasn't for thier 24hr availability, I wouldn't step a foot into that gym.

I first starting going to the Plantation location about 5 weeks ago because it was the cleanest out of the 3 locations near me (Miami Gardens, Pines, and here) but I think that was the last time they cleaned. I've noticed the lack of paper towels and cleaning spray on the second floor every time I go around 6-7 pm every time I've gone, but I've looked past it until this evening when I went. The bathrooms are beyond needing to be cleaned. I saw 2 roaches and was only able to get a picture of the large one (yes it was alive). The floors are littered with hair and there's lots of mold especially in the shower in the back right that has been leaking for weeks and now has tons of mold. Even the soap dispensers have mold. I like it here, but I am very disappointed that this has been let go for so long. Especially since I'm not the only one complaining about the same thing. No apology needed, just please fix it!

I have been coming here since 1997 and it is like a home away from home for me. I have loved so many of the classes that I have taken over the many years. Sadly though this gym has been in the worst condition it has ever been. Almost all of the equipment is broken, squeaking and padding worn. Almost no mats and dumbells in classes are old and falling apart. The A/C is a hit or miss in the rooms. The place is very dirty ALL the time. Roof leaks. There are more 16yr olds in the gym now than in years past since they have lowered the rates. Nothing against them but they don't treat the equipment well and its old and feeble as it is. At least someone got them to stop "running" around. I don't personally blame any staff, its obviously the company itself that won't pay for any upgrades. Its seen better days and I don't know how much longer it will be before its on its last leg.

The only reason I give it 2 stars is cuz it’s a big gym, but it has to be one of the dirtiest gyms I’ve ever Ben 2 the bathrooms are a real nightmare, they need to be cleaned like yesterday l, the pool aria is hell should be a lot more clean I don’t want to get started on the steam room, if your going hare just to work out it’s good just when you go to the bathroom be prepared, cuz it’s a nightmare, hope they see the message and start cleaning

this place is too dirty everywhere, the sauna looks super dirty and the bathrooms smell terrible, we have already complained several times and there is no change. a place like this where so many people go and we all sweat needs constant cleaning and disinfection several times a day

Ok so I’ve never been to like a gym gym b4 BUT THIS IS A GYM GYM. The whole area is well maintained, clean and preserved. The staff is super helpful setting a membership plan, like it was way too easy.

Filthy all over the facility. Dirt & dust all around equipment. Bathrooms not acceptable. Reported these problems on several occasions but nothing has changed.6-7-23It has been 2 months since last post.This place looks like going out of business as place is trashed even more.Beware new members.

The gym has progressively gotten worse. It is absolutely disgusting. They don't clean the floors in the immediate area of equipment or under equipment. You can literally see a layer of dust as you sit in any machine. Many of the machines have worn and ripped padding. While I don't remember this gym as super clean, it has never been this bad.
