24 Hour Fitness

The only benefit to this place is that it's 24 hours. That's the ONLY benefit. They don't keep the women's bathroom clean, the floors are always dirty, and the showers always have hair built up in the drain. The cleaning staff needs to be fired. They also lack in security. My car was broken into in their parking lot this morning which happens to be the week of my wedding. After leaving storage, I decided to get a quick work out in, and someone stole my fiance's cologne which was boxed in a package, his necklace, my passport, wallet, my laptop which was in my back pack and my marriage license. After calling the police, one of the staff members notified me that this happens all the time. I figured, well hey, they must have cameras in the parking lot if this happens "all the time" but NOPE! They have no surveillance in a high rated crime spot, yet they can charge $500+ per year for their membership! They have disappointed me time and time again and today was the final straw!

I've been at this gym now for a little over a year, maybe 2. I like the new cross fit area, but it is suffering from the same problem as the rest of the gym. People are not re-racking their weights or any equipment that they are using. When I am upstairs I look up and always see dust and who knows what else on the ceiling, and it is right by where the AC comes out. I have worried about getting an infection or something from all these. It is frankly disgusting. When I come in the gym there is maybe only one trainer that has ever greeted me, the people at the front are usually too busy talking amongst themselves when they should be helping to clean or re-rack things. I greet people when I come in, I smile, but I don't get the same treatment. I like the pool area, but it is gross. They need to understand that cleaning is very important and maintaining a clean environment will boost their sales and ranking. Customer service would not hurt either. Please take this into consideration. The price they charge is not worth it.

I've been a member here for a little over 4 years. Great customer service, friendly environment and I consider this to be my second home, I can't see myself going to any other gym. But unfortunately I'm only giving it a 4 star due to towels and weights being all over the place

Good spot in terms of their equipment. However, they have garbage customer service. 24 hour should mean 24 hour but that isn't true. I came to buy a day pass for the second time because my other gym was closed and they refused to sell it to me. I asked the lady to just let me give her the cash so she can just ring it up when the system opens up again. She refused and was rude about it. I asked her if she could understand that I would rather workout than go to a club because I had a rough day. She responded with "good for you". Her name was Mona and she is probably just doing what her superiors told her to do, but she could have been less rude about it. On top of that 24 hour fitness should honor their name and just let somebody buy a dang day pass anytime of the day. Or they should change their name.Omar
