i went there with intentions of joining but the place is OLD, locker room is disgusting with pink tiles. this is for the pine road location 33331.

I have been coming to this gym from 2014. I love how friendly the staff is at the front desk and always greeting me as I walk in and leave.The gym is very clean and I love how big the gym is with multiple equipments to choose from!!

(They do not honor the three day pass)So my doctor told me to go to this 24 hour fitness location to see if I like it. I downloaded the free three day pass when I got there there’s nothing indicating that they do not honor the three day pass at this location. Just a heads up, a lady with a short here at the front Desk told me that three day passes are not honored.

The 24 hour fitness here in plantation is amazing and the customer service is great. The staff is very helpful when it comes to working out, using the machines, and helping you with your own individualized workout plan. It would be nice if they could fix up the club to match the great staff members and clients who attend.

Just signed up and been going for a couple of weeks now. Great facility with many amenities. Inside pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The turf section with everything you can do is great for variety in exercises. And the second floor has just about everything you need when it comes to lifting. Easy to sign up with a variety of options according to your needs. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a 24 hour gym.

Got charge on credit card for service not provided, try to dispute charges with managers. However, they either on vacation or quit. Ended calling credit card and try to get money back that way.

Great customer service, The General Manager helped me get a membership & she was very friendly & welcoming. Jean was very friendly in the front as well
