The first thing I noticed is how clean this place is, including the locker room! It has plenty of equipment. I'm always able to find something to use even during the busiest times. The staff has always been friendly and I'm always greated when I come in and when I leave. Highly recommend this gym!

Clean, friendly, 24 hours, and clubs everywhere. Having had memberships through snap fitness, LA fitness, and lifetime fitness this is easily the winner so far. Price is phenomenal as well. Only downside is there are no squat racks only Smith machines which don’t give you free motion which can cause injury, barbells stop at 60lbs, and dumbbells stop at 75lbs.

Save your time and money. I've been trying to suspend or cancel my membership and have not been able to get in touch with anyone at this gym to facilitate that. The phone line just gives a busy signal. If you call the corporate customer service number, it takes you to an automated recording that lets you pick from one of many options, all of which pretty much say "not our problem!" and it hangs up.

This is a great gym with great equipment and great staff. My interaction with the Manager, Austin, was nothing less than a 5-star experience. So grateful for Austin and his great team at this location.Do yourself a favor and become a member at this location now!!!!

The place is super clean. There are not many people when I go in the morning so it is easy to social distance. Plenty of equipment. The barbell area is a little small and people are not good about cleaning them afterwards so use your best judgment before and after working in that area. Staff is polite but not overly engaged.

The staff is amazing, gym is very clean and has new equipments. I was a member at LA fitness across the street before joining planet fitness, I am so happy I transferred over. My husband and I pay 20 dollars for both membership, and we're absolutely happy with everything thus far.

I love this gym. The staff is very friendly and the people that work out there are generally good about helping to clean the exercise machines and are considerate and kind to others.Two months ago I left the above review. Since then new management has taken over and they are scrimping on the cleaning solution and the friendliness of the staff is of great concern. You used to get a hello and a have a good day/night. Now you are lucky for a hello enjoy your workout. As a result I have removed two stars. I do appreciate they are allowing only black card members in the black card room. Suggestion for the free pizza day use Pappa John's that is right next to you. They may be higher in price but they are your local pizza shop.

Been working out here for a month. Very happy with the experience. I’m doing a set resistance training routine via an app and I have no issues. Staff is friendly and the massage chair and water massage are nice perks for the membership fee. I’m “in and out” and the no frills aspect works just fine for me.

location is pretty great. Hours even better. price wonderful. I don't like the annual price!. why should i pay for upgrades?!! unless they're upgrades that I asked for such as for mirrors! one needs to be able to see their form.In fact i had another member say this to me when i was there yesterday. aside from what i just mentioned gym is clean doesn't smell like a mans locker room. staff for the most part are pretty friendly and welcoming.

Love this place! Hendrick, the club manager is awesome. Always greets me when I walk in and out the door. He genuinely cares and gets to know the members. He provides excellent and detailed tours of the gym. This location is clean, easy access and the machines are always in working condition. Not sure why anyone would pay more for the other gyms. The atmosphere is great! You don't feel intimidated by others while working out.
