Glad I found this gym! Trainers and owners are great and meet your individual needs. Always something different in the classes which keeps it fun!

I recently completed the LIFT 6 week challenge. I lost 25.1lbs in the 6 weeks!!! I cannot begin to tell you how much better I feel! I am 52, post menopausal and thought I was too old to change my body. I was wrong!! This program works if you follow it!! Not only am I 25+ lbs lighter, I feel fantastic. Also, 6 weeks ago, I was a diabetic on 3 different medications—2 oral meds and an injectable weekly. I am completely off of the injectable and one of the oral meds and only take 1/2 half of the remaining med! I am so much happier and healthier for doing this program.Do this for yourself!! You are worth it!!!

6week challenge was the smartest decision ever. Bonnie and Steve really know what they're doing. Love the coaches Steve ,Shannon, and Paula classes are always fun and challenging.

Highly recommend Lift Challenge, Lift Classes and joining Lift gym. If you are looking to lose weight and get in shape than this is hands down the best program and it is available right here in Vero Beach. I have been dieting and working out for years but I never had such a great results in such a short time. The system of diet and exercise program definitively works and it is totally doable. The exercise classes pushed me like I would not challenge myself and they are fun. The diet is spelled out and achievable. It made me rethink what and when I eat to feed my body for best health and feeling energetic, clear minded and great. The whole system is supported by science and bio-metric measurements. Once I joined Steve gave me a heart monitor that keeps track of my heart rate, calories burned, level of effort. Once a week weight-in is done and your body composition is analyzed. Every week you will see how many pounds of fat you lost - amazing achievement fantastic feeling. The type, the frequency and level of support you get produces results you cannot achieve by yourself with good old will power and bathroom scale. During 6 week challenge alone I lost over 25 Lbs and 8% body fat. I met people at Lift Fitness that have been members for years, never got bored, never lost motivation and they are in enviable shape just because they kept coming back, followed simple and easy instructions and still are enjoying the program.

Awesome gym with great owners, staff and members. Very clean and up to date equipment. They treat you like family. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Love coming here! I am not a morning person, but this place has me getting up at 4:45 a.m. for 6 a.m. class!! From the challenges to the upbeat instructors, I enjoy coming to the gym again!!

Vacationers - Need a place to workout? Lift Vero offers a weeklong pass. Great free weights and machines. Friendly staff and easy access on the weekends. Next time I’ll have to join a boot camp when I’m in town. See you soon, Vero!

Steve and Bonnie are excellent instructors and very caring individuals. They are able to modify the exercises to meet different level of strength and skill. They are truly interested in the welfare of their clients.

I have been a member/employee of Lift fitness for at least 10 years. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Kind,always helpful staff; excellent, certified coaches/trainers; outstanding fitness programs. Friendliest gym in town!

Been at Lift Vero for more than a year. Team is professional, helpful and lots of fun! My quality of life has improved incredibly due to my time there. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a positive life change, improved health and some new friends!
