Nice gym, clean, with well working equipment

I’ve been going here for over two months and every day the bathroom is flooded and dangerous to walk on. This place is dirty and disgusting and I’m thinking about suing to get out of my contract and for putting my safety in danger.

I have been to PF all over the nation 10+ in Florida, and more throughout the southeast. This gym is clean, and staff is what you’d expect. The amount of equipment is extremely minimal, and if you are serious about your workout you will have a hard time. The reason being is this particular gym is about half the size of all other PF I’ve been to. I’ve had to cut workouts short due to the minimal equipment, and the amount of people in the gym. No matter when I go it seems to be slammed, which is good for the gym, but not if you want to get an actual workout. If you are looking for cardio machines there’s 20+ available regularly but weights be prepared to wait up to 10mins 3/6 times you need a machine or a bench. They really need to expand.Another thing is this particular gym lacks in amenities. Massage machines tanning beds etc. I wouldn’t get the black card but

I have been working out in their Vero beach outlet. Perfect place for me as it’s just 3 mins from my home. Cost effective and very good membership deals. It’s got wide range of equipment’s and features a QR code on every equipment to make sure you know how to use it. Sensible approach. I like their friendly staff. Not too crowded and at times there might waiting for smith machines but overall highly recommended place for your fitness journey. Excellent change rooms and great selection of drinks at their kiosk. If you’re a black card member, you are allowed to use their massage chair and get 50% off on their drinks. Bathrooms and toilets could be cleaner. Other than that it’s a satisfactory experience with Planet fitness Vero beach

All of the equipment is clean and your staff is very helpful and friendly.

Not only am I getting amazing results due to the discipline and physical training, but I appreciate the atmosphere and the support from the people that work and attend this gym. This place has truly become a home away from home for at least an hour a 5 days a week.

Customer service was HORRIBLE! I've gotten hung up on three times today by their so called "staff". What it was is my son goes in with his girlfriend and he is told that he cannot use the equipment without my signature on one of their forms. They tell him "he's good for this time but we need your parent to come in and sign a form" so I go in and they say "no he's approved and good to go" , even though I've not signed any waivers at all. So I go back home and the next thing we know, he's getting a phone call from them saying he needs a parent to come in and sign the release. So I called today and spoke to 4 different people because they kept hanging up on me. And they CANNOT tell me WHO it was that even signed his papers. It's super aggravating. Not professional AT ALL! So we are looking for a different gym for him to go to. And even over the phone they say he's approved. But again they can't tell me who signed for him. SMDH In my opinion they need to train their staff on how to handle customer's more professionally. Ridiculous.

My home gym in Vero Beach,Fl. It’s smaller than other nearby P.F. locations, but can definitely accommodate true “gym rats” like me (& my neighborhood friends!) a variety of weights & cardio equipment-in a compact, yet easy location - close enough for a quick drive to the beach, shopping & back home☺️🏖️ …

Fun easy way to get to the gym. Lots of services an extremely affordable.

Great place to work out. Nice and clean and friendly. Always have a machine free to use. I recommend highly.Dan
