Not as big or robust as other PF locations but it has what you need. Would like to see an expansion. Only has 3 stand up tanning beds, and 2 massage chairs awkwardly facing each other. On a seperate note, the staff was polite and friendly. So far so good 👍 …

Absolute worst planet fitness I’ve been in. Equipment broken, wifi is awful and they never have hot water in showers. Ma anger just doesn’t care about the multiple complaints.

Missing a lot of machines found in most planet fitnesses. Incline bench press. Two different back machines and ab crunch machine. The spa is pathetic. No hydro massage beds and it is the size of a broom closet.

Planet Fitness Vero Beach, FL. Owner of that Gym keeps getting worse at Customer Satisfaction. To all members, do you notice a pattern? A while back the Gym Hours were 24/7; Then it was reduced to 24/5 with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday closing at 9PM. And finally, now, the current hours of operation are further reduced. The gym now closes at Midnight on Mondays and 7PM on , Saturdays, and Sundays with Friday Nights closing at 10 PM. Do you see a pattern here? I do. I see a gym who wants the same money from us, yet offers us less opportunity to use the facility. When are we going to speak out to the owner about this? This is not right, especially for the people who work 2nd and 3rd shifts. Why can't the Owner make things simple, uniform, and economical such as a preferred 24/7 or possibly 7AM to Midnight 7 days/week. Please give your opinion and speak out. These hours are not fair, unconventional and very confusing. P.F. responded and said it was due to cleaning "during this time" . Was he referring to Covid? It is now September of 2022 and they still close at 7PM on Weekends. Why do they want to send people home at 7PM on Saturdays and Sundays? I have never experienced anything like that. People want to workout on Weekend Nights. To any Gym owners out there, we would love to join your Gym. All we ask is to make consistent and flexible hours of operation such as 8AM till Midnight, seven days/week. If you did that, you would get customers no matter what shift they work.
