My wife was using this gym. However, we moved to another city and she have been trying to cancel her subscription and it have been so difficult. (We were not in a contract). We are going to put a claim with our credit card company. We have been trying to cancel it for around 4 months and each time we speak with someone they say something different. Definitely no very good business practices. I don't recommend this place.

They will continue to bill you indefinitely. They have continued to charge my card every month, 8 months after I cancelled. I both contacted them online, and went in in person to cancel. I tried to cancel again today. If it doesn't work I'll have to cancel my card to they don't keep withdrawing money from my account. I will update my review to be more favorable if they end up refunding me for these last 8 months.

I can't say enough about how unprofessional my experience with Crunch Fitness on Division was. I called everyday, 4 days in a row, asking to speak to a manager about a charge on my account that I did not owe, emailed several times and did not receive a response. After leaving several messages asking for a call back- I JUST received a call over a month later from Allison, the GM, telling me that I still owed money even though I had canceled my account months prior. Although the front desk told me several times that this was an erroneous charge and my account was canceled, Allison told me that this charge was correct and I needed to call the collect company to pay it off. When I reached out to collect they told me that was absolutely wrong and I owed nothing. It looks like crunch drop the ball several times and the fact that they allowed this payment to go to collect (when I did not owe them anything) potentially messing up my credit and not even offering so much as an apology is absolutely despicable. What's even worse is that I kept being told I would receive a call back from their general manager when Allison told me she wasn't even hired until September so they clearly didn't even have a manager to call me back. You're going to have a lawsuit on your hands if you keep operating like this. Also, Allison told me she reports to no one and hung up the phone when I asked for her supervisors name. VERY professional.* I never swore when speaking to the GM and the below comment is absolutely incorrect and not informed. Another example of the unprofessionalism of Crunch * *

Watch out for their marketing scams and fine print. They refuse to cancel my membership without a certified letter or in person. I kno longer live near the location. The manager division won’t reply to emails or take phone calls. I find it ridiculous that I have to send certified mail to cancel a gym membership. I bet their personal trainers don’t stay for very long.

A fitness club I actually use. Go figure.Trainer Brandyn is a star. I took kick boxing lessons from him. He's an exceptional teacher: enthusiastic, engaged, encouraging. I've been training other martial arts for over 20 years, and so have been introduced to quite a few teachers. Brandyn is in the upper echelon of those I've encountered. As young as he is, he's only going to get better. 2022 should be a good fitness year for me, and I owe a solid foundation for that to Brandyn and Crunch. Well done.

Was in town for a few days and needed a workout. These guys treated me right. Great, unpretentious, hardworking gym. Huge, varied workout areas as well. Special shout out to Sasha who was great on the phone and behind the desk, super friendly and welcoming. Definitely be coming back next visit. Thanks to Crunch!

A really great value gym. Very welcoming staff and pretty friendly clientele. Some people are more friendly than others, and the crowd will change throughout the day, but this is true for most gyms with a wide client base. It's a value gym, you get what is advertised, rates are as advertised. From my experience they are straightforward business people, no tricky terms in their membership contract.Really the only issue I have is the division gym is more popular than the other locations, and equipment is well loved and some things are missing. Staff does a good job servicing equipment in a timely manner though. I gave 4 stars because of the missing weights, other locations are better stocked.

Joining here was the best thing I ever did. The gym is large with a lot of amenities. Machines and free weights. Really friendly helpful staff and I recommend the peak plus membership. It's totally worth it

I’ve had a crunch membership at one point or another since I was 16, but since going back for the first time, I was pretty disappointed! I hopped on the stair machine, and the first one was clanky so I hopped on another and after it started it wouldn’t stop, on level 7, and then I realized the pull cord was gone. I decided stairs weren’t for me and headed to the treadmills and I noticed they were SUPER dirty. I worked at a commercial gym and I know it gets dirty fast but I took a peek at the front feet, and I could tell they haven’t been touched in weeks. Stretched, went to weights and upper body machines and the same level of dirty, and left just underwhelmed. Thankfully I could cancel and wasn’t locked into a contract, but I was really disappointed! I’ve always thought of crunch as a better end of commercial gyms, I liked the equipment and the classes but the grime just gives me the ick.
