Gym was fine when I used it. I went in to cancel my account and pay a past due balance because my card on file had been lost. I paid it and signed the cancel form and the rep asked if I would like my new card to be on file...I said no as I was canceling...he said "oh that's right".A couple weeks later their collections are calling me saying this months subscription fee is due. I said "this must be wrong cause I canceled already" the lady said "oh you "applied" to cancel yes, but there is a 30 day notice period for that cancelation to go through and so you were just billed for another month". I asked what is the business purpose of this 30 day period while my "application" to cancel my membership goes through....is this just essentially a way to skim one more payment off customers on their way out the door? She had no answer about the purpose of the 30 day notice other than what the person responding to these reviews will say "per your signed contract".Whatever it's 10 additional bucks I'll go in and pay it. But after reading the reviews from other people of how inconvenient it is to cancel (you have to send certified mail or physically go fill out a sheet to cancel and then that cancelation doesn't apply for 30 more days), the people saying still getting charged after they cancel, and then the people responding to these issues not having a logical case for why it's hard for people to cancel aside from "you signed the contract" makes it seem pretty scummy, contract or no.

Gross contract practices. I caught covid and was in the hospital for weeks, since getting out I am advised against exerting myself. I wasn’t able to make it in to cancel my membership til the day before it renewed and several days before the annual fee. The person working said I would still be getting charged. After telling them about my covid situation, they said that I could leave a note with contact info and I would not be charged. Not only was I still charged the $50 annual fee, which is great after missing so much work from being sick. They challenged my payment dispute and did not respond to my note or email asking for help.

I'm enjoying working out at Crunch on Division with my buddy 2-3 days a week. The facility is clean, there are lots of machines available (even during peak times), and my experience there has been only a good one.

Awesome staff!! Amazing atmosphere!! I was hesitant on getting a gym membership but I am so happy I did. There are so many classes and machines that I can choose from. I love it!! 🌟🌟 Highly recommended! …

This is a great facility with a wide variety of equipment and welcoming staff. I love that the gym is inclusive of people at all levels in fitness. My only requests would be that they stay open later on weekends and have more classes.

I came back after a few months and it is my responsibility to report what is going on. I was delighted every guest was wearing a mask. But things are still not right, and it should not be open unless things are healthy for its members! There was no toilet paper in the restroom. And, every hand sanitizer I tried was out. It should not be open until management can mange the gym safely for its members. The employee behind the front desk was nice, but he was unable to do anything. I guess it is the responsibility (which was not fulfilled) of the overnight maintenance.

Great place to workout. Everyone does their part of keeping this place clean. The staff does their best to keep the ppace supplied with paper towels and cleaner. Been going here for almost a year and has to be one of the favorite gyms so far. Not to mention no judgement, everyone I have talked to has been very nice and helping to my workout journey.

So many great things about this gym! Personal trainers go above and beyond, staff treats each other & customers with respect, seems to have fun, and makes it an easy experience to attend. Been going here for almost 4 (maybe 5) years.

I really enjoy going to this Crunch. The gym is always kept clean, super friendly staff and it’s affordable. The small group HIIT classes are my favorite. Since Covid everyone gets temp checked, masks are required and there is extra cleaning. This is part of the reason I feel safer working out here.

After being a member of the Gresham location for 8 years, it was closed permanently during the pandemic. Without informing me, my membership was transferred to Division. I was informed of this only after the gym reopened, assessed a new annual membership fee, one month's fee, and went passed due. I visited this location in person, spoke with the manager, canceled my account, agreed to have the fees credited. Three weeks later I received a collection letter from a law firm in Utah attempting to collect the $48.90 past due amount. A failure of Crunch on multiple levels in not providing service, communication, or managing their internal logistics. It's also incredibly petty. I'm sure there's a number of other former Gresham club members experiencing the same headache right now.
