I have been coming here since it opened in 2019 after almost 20 years studio hopping - perfect mix of welcoming, accessible and challenging classes for barre and yoga - reasonable, inclusive pricing, top notch instruction - the best!

Classes that are focused, that challenge, and often contain a few giggles. Instructors dedicated to improving your exposure, the studio as a whole, and their own practice. Check done.

I'm so happy my friend recommended this studio. I have had a monthly membership for about 5 months and love how many different classes they offer and the range in times of day. The instructors are all really knowledgable and bring a lot of variety to each class. Also, a very friendly and welcoming environment!

I love PYP! There is a nice variety of classes, everyone is really welcoming and the space is clean and bright - plus the tiered membership is helpful in getting started with a monthly membership and the 30 day deal if you're new to the studio is the best deal I've found!

PYP is a special place - the teachers are creative flexible and provide options for the diverse range of participants ( even old geezers like me 😂). The rooms are welcoming and not judging and accepting of all.To me yoga is about a journey and a vibe and PYP is the place for me.Check it out for your self

Such a welcoming and inclusive space! Love their tiered membership model that makes it accessible to all to be able to come and practice yoga. Never have felt unwelcome or pressured to not go at my own pace during class. Couldn't recommend more!

I have been a member at the Portland Yoga Project a/k/a PYP since July 2020. Besides being a friendly, clean, fun and welcoming space, there is a varied multiple mix of both yoga and non yoga classes, workshops and events. This has produced tangible health benefits in such areas as flexibility, strength, balance and mental acuity. The importance of same is paramount especially in light of recently passing the 70 year old milestone. The benefits have, in addition, augmented my cardio and weight training cross training at non PYP facilities elevating my fitness level substantially from a point 10 years ago. My intention is to retain membership at the Portland Yoga Project well into the foreseeable future.
