I love this gym. Everyone on the staff is amazing and kind. They are all so helpful, and never act like I'm bothering them. I love the massage chairs as well. With the extra benefits, I highly recommend getting a black card. Totally worth it. And it is always immaculately spotless. Even the bathroom/locker room. They really do a great job here.

Each day they want me to put my email down on a piece of paper so every member can see it and i did not want to so i wasnt allowed to workout.. whats the point of having a membership if i have to put my info down each time? I look at the list and there are handful of people that did not have it down.

I always get a great workout when I do the classes there with Scott. I’ve had a few trainers and he is def one the best about ensuring your form is correct. Also, take the core class because he will get your core right for summer!
