Dropped in here while driving through Provo,no gi beginner class was learning heel hooks, and the wrestling class after was the real deal. These folks are not messing around! Had some fun rolls and mat time. Good to see such a broad approach to grappling under one roof.

The best jiu-jitsu and mma instruction around. Coaches are beyond knowledgeable and sincere. Most of all, I have enjoyed training here because of the highest level of jiu-jitsu knowledge available in the area. The instructors have created a safe environment to train, in a deadly sport! I've trained jiu-jitsu all around the world and am a black belt. Agema is world class jiu-jitsu! Go! You won't regret it!

My favorite place to train!! Dayne & Amy have created an incredibly special place where you can get both excellent instruction and respectful training partners. The atmosphere in this gym is awesome whether you are wanting to train more competitively or just want to go have some amazing rolls.
