I’ve been teaching Dirtylicious for over 10 years and I can say that it has been one of the happiest parts of my life and it is my favorite way to workout.I love that when I step into the dance room to teach, all of the stresses of life seem to melt away and we (myself and my fellow dancers) just get to spend an hour doing something that we love. Which is also something that for me would have ended in high school (dancing) if it weren’t for Dirtylicious Dance Fitness.Whether you’ve been dancing your whole life or you’ve never taken a dance class yet, Dirtylicious is for all abilities and levels of dance. I can truly say it has changed and blessed all areas of my life.

Dirtylicious is an absolutely amazing dance fitness class! After years and years of not being able to dance and not being able to find a place to dance I found dirtylicious and I will never ever let it go! Dirtylicious has been truly life changing! I grew up in a rigid classical ballet dance environment and gained a pretty harsh inner critic about what kind of dancer I should be, and got pretty depressed when I realized that dance performance wasn't going to be a part of my adult life because I wasn't "good enough" to be professional. Taking Dirtylicious classes helped me gain my confidence and learn to cheer others on in their own dance journey. I am thrilled that dance IS part of my adult life now and that I feel happier than ever doing it because of Dirtylicious methods and uplifting environment. I have since become an instructor and love the ability to submit choreography and also host my own workshops.
