Great gym, lots of equipment, never crowded in the morning.There are stretching stations, pull-up bars, dip stations, ropes, straps, medicine balls, free weights, and targeted muscle group machines. For cardio: rowing, treadmills, stairs machines, ellipticals and stationary bikes.

I normally don't leave bad reviews but this was the absolute worst planet fitness. When I got there I gave my info and they couldn't pull me up. I told them that it was on my phone but it was dead and offered 3 times to pull it up by charging the girl at the desk said it was okay and let me go back. They then proceeded to come into the shower area and tell me I needed to prove that I was a member because it only came up as a guest member.i had to problem showing them. Some hours later they came with security in the shower area and demanded I speak to the manager Nate. It was very rude and aggressive. I normally do not push that things are racially charged but I know this was. They wanted me to prove my membership I couldn't find my bottom so I had him plug in my phone which h didn't want to do. He berated me about how much time I spent in the bathroom and said I was loitering when I was showering which water therapy SINCE THEY HAVE NO POOL HELPS MY ANXIETY. AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD THAT THERE IS A TIME LIMIT ON SHOWERS. I HAVE A SERVICE DOG WHOSE PAPERS WERE PUT ON FILE. AND SHE WAS IN THE STALL ACROSS FROM THE SHOWER QUIET AND HE TRIED TO MAKE THAT AN ISSUE THAT THEY WERE WORRIED. THEN WHEN I PROVED THAT I HAD A MEMBERSHIP HE REFUSED TO APOLOGIZE AND CONTINUED TO ANTAGONIZE ME. I CALMLY ASKED COULD HE REFRAIN FROM SPEAKING TO ME LIKE THAT AS I WAS FEELING ANXIOUS. HE MOVKED ME AND MADE FUN OF MY CONDITION THE SECURITY WAS JUST AS AWFUL ISSAC. BOTH MEN YELLED AT ME FOR NO REASON AFTER I TOLD THEM I WAS LEAVING. I AM A VICTIM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND HAVING TO TWO MEN YELL AT ME UNNECESSARILY HAS ME TRAUMATIZED. WHEN I SAID I WAS GOING TO HAVE A PANIC ATTACK NATE STATED I WAS PLAYING A VICTIM. I LEFT AND HE STILL Continued MAKING REMARKS. THEN SECURITY FOLLOWED ME INTO ANOTHER STORE FOR NO REASON AS I QUIETLY LEFT. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I HAD ONLY BEEN VISITING THIS AREA FOR A HEALING RETREAT WHICH IS WHY MY LUGGAGE WAS WITH ME...AND MY MEMBERSHIP SHOWED I WAS A BLACK CARD MEMBER. THANKFULLY MY FATHER WHO IS A LAWYER WILL GLADLY BE PROCEEDING WITH FURTHER ACTION FOR MY DISTRESS AND HARASSMENT.

I love this Gym, I love tanning and sitting in the hydro massage beds when I get finished working out. I did have an issue with the personal trainer I got up early for a class I scheduled on the app and because I was a few minutes late the guy wouldn't do the class as scheduled 🙃 he just stood around and did nothing instead, I was disappointed about that because the personal trainer is good he was just kind of rude so I haven't gone back since. Mabey I will schedule a class at the other gym. I am paying for it I need to go back and just not worry about the way the personal trainer treated me. The rest of the staff are 👍 great.

ACCOLADES TO PETER LEAH FOR HIS WORKMANSHIP!!!! HE IS ON THE 2 PM-10 PM SHIFT......PETER IS THE TYPE OF EMPLOYEE THAT EVER PLANET FITNESS SHOULD HAVE. I OBSERVED HOW HE TREATS THE BLACK CARD MEMBERS....HE ALWAYS MAKES SURE THAT THE FACILITIES ARE CLEAN AND PRESENTABLE FOR THE CLIENTS!!!!! PETER IS TRULY A NEAT ASSET FOR THE PROVO, UTAH PLANET FITNESS!!!! I WAS IMPRESSED!!!!!

The general manager Nate really went above and beyond to help me out with some membership stuff that could only be handled by a general manager

UPDATE!! UPDATE!! UPDATE!! UPDATE!!I am updating this review because 95%of the staff that were working here when I first joined 10 months ago, no longer work here and the new staff are not that great. They hired a bunch of new generation, no personality, no-drive types that are on their phone right in front, in view of others. I seen a customer stand there and watch the worker sitting down looking at her phone for over 90 seconds!! I did leave my old original review below ⬇️⬇️Planet fitness is really affordable and this location specifically is currently not really busy. There is never a wait to use any machine. They have multiple machines so you will be almost guaranteed free reign to use whatever you like at any time. They have free weights besides machines and specialty machines. 2 different rooms for lifting in a quicker fashion and a stretching room. Black card members have additional services which include tanning, red light therapy and a couple different massage chair options. The only down side is they close early, actually really early on some nights.

Amazing staff, great equipment, and chill environment. They have a 24hr pass you can get for free. I’d highly recommend the black card ($$) because the perks start/end each workout feeling great.

Very clean, shiny, and new. Water was hot in showers. Wish they'd had a blow dryer!
