This particular Gym is small and overcrowded. I've gotten some good workouts in but the hidden fees they have are deceptive. When you price the fees out over the year your actually paying more like 25 dollars a month. For that money you should just go get a rec center membership

Worst gym ever The monthly fees are a lie. They charge different amounts than what they tell you. They charge you $150 to open an account which is outrageous. Then they tell you it's $10 a month, when it's actually more like $15. And they …

Solid gym. The ceiling is low and the dumbbells aren’t racked with any amount of organization, so it isn’t my go to, but it has what you need if it’s closest to you

Cancelling is a nightmare. Cancelling through the app didn't work, I cancelled online but haven't heard anything, and and you can't get anyone on the phone at membership. The manager in store can't even cancel your membership but he certainly has no trouble signing up you for one.

It's a solid gym with good machines. Not the biggest place, and it gets pretty crowded during certain times.

Way over crowded. Equipment is old and broken. Billing is a mess with several fees hidden in the contract. Close early and impossible for weekends. Only positive is the location. Everything else is sham. Avoid if possible.

The people are super deceptive. And only care about money. My wife signed up for a 3 month training session and asked them to make sure it was only 3 months cause we were moving. The worker told us that after the 3 months payments would stop and there would be no actions on our side. After 3 months we were charged again AND told we needed to pay $140 cancelation fee after our contract was over.Do NOT go to the gym. They are deceptive and only care about sales and not their clients.

Very friendly and helpful staff and gym has most equipment but it's disorganized and free weights are all out of order. Machines are functional but old. But there was nothing out of order and I got a good workout.

This review is for the Saratoga Springs gym. I went at 6am. Really nice gym and great staff. Was greeted in a friendly way upon arrival and departure. The reason for the two stars is purely based on the fact that every treadmill was occupied. Nearly every weight machine was being used, so had to make do with whatever was open so forget targeting legs or chest, etc unless you want to wait who knows how long between sets. Went to try free weights and much the situation there. Dumbells are in heavy use so couldn’t find a pair in the weights I needed. Finally found a squat rack so got some work in. Bottom line, they’ve sold too many memberships and don’t have enough equipment for the morning rush. I’ve heard from the others it’s the same in the evening but haven’t tried that personally. Fortunately I’ve the option to use other gyms so I won’t try Saratoga again, hoping the others are better. If not, I’ll cancel membership and go elsewhere.
