Lifted is absolutely amazing. I usually get very nervous when going to a new gym for the first time and prior to lifted I hadn't worked out in almost a year. Pat and Mo (and the other trainers at lifted) were truly the most welcoming trainers who really want to help you get to your goals and get stronger. My anxiety completely went away right after meeting Pat and Mo for the first time. The entire environment is so welcoming and being able to have a structured workout in 40 minutes made it so easy to fit into my daily routine. If I didn't move I never would have left this gym and being a part of it for the past 6 months helped me so much physically and mentally as well.I honestly can't recommend Lifted enough and if you are reading this review because you are on the fence about joining I was once in your shoes and the only regret I have is not joining sooner!

Lifted is the best gym in Southie!!! I moved to Boston and was looking for a quick and challenging work out class with both weights and cardio. Lifted was exactly it. I adore both Mo and Pat!! They bring great energy, positivity and motivation to each class. I always felt challenged and supported through each of my workouts. Highly recommend this fun yet challenging gym environment and community!!!

I’ve been to several gyms in Boston and this one is by far the best! The trainers are so helpful and take the time to go over each exercise as well as help with your form during class. They help you track your progress and encourage you to improve every week. The environment is so welcoming plus you get a great workout every class! Def recommend!

After Boston Athletic Club closed down for Covid (and never reopened…?) I decided to try Lifted Fitness, thinking I’d only be there for a month or two. Ended up staying for 8 months and only left because I was moving to CA, and I wish this gym could’ve come with me. So many positive things to say about this gym:•Pat and Mo are some of the best guys, they take time to get to know all the members•The circuit style of classes was different from what I was used to, but challenging in the best way. 40 minutes and DONE•Accommodating based on skill level or if you have injuries - trainers are always happy to suggest an alternative exerciseOverall, 10/10, 5 stars, whatever you need to get you to try this gym.

Lifted is the best gym in Southie! I highly recommend joining - the trainers are great and go over every exercise - and will point out and correct you which is awesome! The environment is super welcoming and not intimidating, like other gyms can be. I am so glad I joined and once you try one class, you will for sure be hooked!
