I find it amusing to give a one star review to a gym, but they are forcing me to go to the gym to cancel my membership. during a pandemic. if they truly cared about health and fitness, they would allow members to cancel online.

Very good team so nice and clean and very fresh air

Had used this gym for a year before the pandemic. Now they have charged my account twice (sure, I missed the initial email notifying that they were restarting fees), but they wouldn't even do me a solid of refunding the charge that went to my account yesterday. Now I have to go in just to cancel my account. I am a healthcare worker and this time has been stressful enough - would have been nice if they could shown a bit of leeway with people. Would not recommend this location or Planet Fitness in general.

The location is good. The gym is great, but there's a girl in her 20s, her name is Janaya I guess, she is just rude, and has no idea about costumer service. If all the staff were like her, I would cancel my membership a long time ago. She's changed my mood to bad twice so far. I don't know what's she's dealing with in her daily life, but I feel bad for her!

Great location! Friendly staff and a very nice and clean location. The equipment is clean but some that has the padding does seems to show some wear and tear. Which is natural so unless it bothers you it’s fine. The lockers are spacious and good enough stalls in the shower, toilets and urinals as well. Busy during the typical hours. I tend to go when they open as it’s just before traffic. A large amount of parking. This isn’t open 24/7 but really it’s fine this way

I love the environment and the people!! The staff and gym goers are all very nice, I hear a lot of “great job” and “keep pushing” between strangers and it makes me feel really comfortable and welcomed! I’ve never had a bad experience here although I’ve seen a lot of reviews about bad customer service but as of late everyone’s been nice, judgment free and actually pretty funny!! Everyone respects the rules and is generally pretty clean!

This planet fitness is where I opened my membershipI never had any issues before...unfortunately I had themisfortune of running into Kristen who was the manager on duty Tuesday night I'm a black memberAnd brought a guest I went to scan my card and I asked my guest to sign in ....she quickly scurried usBack in a very unprofessional manner as if we were criminals...she first said that I needed to update myAccount that I could do it in Dorchester!!!!!Why Dorchester???? Your guess is good as mine...Then Kristen began to lecture my guest about what my guest needed to do in order to use her Gym...when we were done to what felt like run around...I walk away ....she then shouts really loud your welcome as if she did me a favor...Kristen shouldn't be allowed to interact with customers...she is unprofessional sarcastic argumentative....She is a bully.....not one time during that conversationDid she say please or thank you....she needs to beHerding cattle...not working in anyone's Gym

I've gone twice with my friend Ms.B.as a guest, I am very impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere.I truly believe it is a judgment free place to get healthy and better our lives.In my line of work,I have to be hyper aware of my surroundings and who I'm assisting at that time.I will suggest Planet Fitness to everyone in my profession.

You can't beat this gym for the equipment and the price. I have a gym in my place but I love the 30 minute circuit.The only suggestion I would make to Planet Fitness is the placement of signs in the 30 minute circuit area advising "interlopers" that ALL of the equipment in the 30 minute circuit can be found on the regular gym floor.It's frustrating to be going through my circuit and mostly guys come and camp out at the arm and shoulder machines and interrupt my flow. If they were going to be there for the 1 minute allowed on each machine, that would be no problem - but they SIT there texting on their phones and resting between COUNTLESS sets. I've often been forced to skip those machines altogether.On that note, perhaps Planet Fitness could get another bi-cept and tri-cept machine for the regular floor because they are very popular and are the most commonly usurped machines in the 30 Minute Circuit Area. :)

Went there this past Saturday to look around before signing up. There was a smug lady at the front desk looking like she had no concept of customer service. She completely ignored us and another employee (Dylan) jumped in to show us around. My wife and I decided to open our accounts at another gym; if someone can't provide basic customer service and assistance before...can't count on them to be able to deliver during, and after we've signed up. So nope, you will not see us again Mam'
