Extremely nice facility. The yoga room is amazing and heated so you really get a good sweat in. The staff is great at explaining every piece of equipment and the impressive scientific research that goes along with it.

Saw them at Celebrate Milton. Went up to the table to give my friend a contact number and then learn about the company, and the woman at the table nastily snipped at me that she was talking to my friend first and I should wait my turn. Incredibly rude and aggressive tone and immaturity. Completely shocked at the lack of respect shown to a complete stranger like myself, especially as she was trying to sell something! Don’t ever treat potential customers like that. She was an older woman with long blond hair wearing a blue off the shoulder top and red high top sneakers. Really disrespectful. My friend and I are not interested at all anymore.

Can’t say enough about R3Bilt! I love that I get a bit of everything out of a one hour workout. Weight training, yoga and then my favorite, the anti-aging room. If you’re going to take the time to work out, why not get the absolute most out of that hour? So glad I gave something new a try!

Great location - so convenient from 93 S and N just outside Boston. I feel so good when I workout here between the breath work, lifting and mobility all in one class. Everyone is so friendly too - members and staff.

Lindsay D. took her time with each of us.. showed us prior to each segment what we would be doing and how to adapt/modify if we could not do it exactly the way she was to get the same effects.. :) Great workout!!! Loved the Virtual workout!! Great idea for us all during this time of Shut down.

As is usually the case, I have a hard time getting more than a few workouts per week in and often fall ‘off the wagon’. Even so, the work I have been putting in (when I get there) at R3bilt has yielded the most productive results I’ve ever experienced in my many attempts to get back in shape. After only a few visits per week for three weeks, I experienced fairly significant fat loss and increased muscle mass but equally as important, greatly increased flexibility and strength. Having spent my high school and college years training for Sports, I have never been one for ‘group classes or ‘personal training’ as I felt I knew how to get my body in shape. Let’s face it, that’s easier said than done once we cross 40 and R3bilt has been a simple answer for what my body needs. If you are a former athlete, especially if you played the contact heavy sports, I highly recommend R3bilt to get your body back to a better place.

I had an awesome workout with Rene. She was informative and showed me how to position myself properly while weight training. The yoga class was just what I needed after the weight training. And ended the class with rebounding and some breathing techniques. I am definitely going to sign up for more classes.

I love this facility! It is so spacious and clean which makes me feel a lot better about going back to R3Bilt when places start opening back up again! I also love the type of workout and equipment they provide. I can tell the owner and staff really care about getting their members the best results possible!
