Quality facilities, many types of class to try. the staff is friendly and customer focus. I was previous a member in 2007-2011, and the club has evolved to be an inclusive place for all shapes and sizes. It is welcoming and has different vibe. It is part of a healthy lifestyle for all. It sounds expensive at first however you get a huge bang for your buck.

I’ve been a Weymouth Club member for many years. In the past couple of years I’ve needed PT which included sessions in the warm water therapy pool. There is an entrance with an elevator with direct access to the aquatics area on the side of the building with a large level parking lot. It would make sense for people who have physical therapy and disabilities to use this entrance but it’s reserved for people with family memberships. Why??? There is handicap parking in front near the main entrance but if you don’t have a placard or handicap plates you have to park in the general parking areas, carry your full gym bag or pull it if it’s on wheels around to the front, walk up an incline to the main entrance and then walk through the fitness center or through a long hallway to the back of the building through another long hallway to get to the pool. From the elevator entrance, it’s a short walk directly to the aquatics area and therapy pool. I talked to someone about my concerns and was told that I should get a handicap placard to allow me to park in front closer to the main entrance. The attitude of the woman in the aquatics program office was somewhat flippant when I addressed it with her. I’ve heard the same complaint about the restrictive entrance policy from many other members who need PT, chiropractic care or who are senior citizens who have mobility issues. We pay a lot of money for memberships. As far as I’m concerned the “exclusive” yet accessible entrance for families is an unnecessary barrier. When I saw a woman using a crutch and with her arm in a sling struggling up the hill in front of the club in order to get to her appointment or activity I was livid that such a restrictive policy is allowed.

This facility is a state of the art gym. It offer several group activities. An indoor as well as out door pool. There's a cafe serving sandwichs and snack items. A number of family fun choices too.

The aquatic director Kathy is extremely unprofessional. Paid for 2 sessions of private swim lessons cost over $500 (only 8 lessons total). Out of the 8 , 3 had to be missed.1) instructor was sick2) I test Covid positive with symptoms3) scheduled surgery.Originally, Kathy said she could not refund or make up a class for me having covid (rather a person go Covid positive and put the entire HEALTH Club at risk!!!! Can’t do anything about the surgery even though I informed her prior to the second session even starting. (Informed a month in advance)Said can only make up class, the one the instructor canceled.I called back again and was spoken to like a child. I explained once again I was Covid positive therefore was not able to attend and should be given a refund or make up class. She very rudely said I told you I would honor 1 class . I reiterated that yes she said the instructor class only. But not others. She continuously spoke to be in a belittling manner. And was not able to provide with any available date or instructors to make up 2 classes, she will not honor a make up class for scheduled surgery, that she informed of over a month in advance. I asked for the club director and she of course states he’s not there & is aware.of this situation. As a director being aware of an unhappy consumer if think he’d call to get my side of the situation.Stay away from this overpriced, stuck up facility.***update***I received a call from Jeff, the director. He was very polite and apologetic. He was never made aware of my situation. He returned my call again to inform me he will be refunding my money for the lessons missed/canceled as they are medically necessary reasons. Thank you Jeff for being respectful and handling this as a true professional, i appreciate it!!!!

Love the Weymouth club and almost everything about it the only things I don’t like is the sauna is not very good and could be hotter and in the men locker room all the older men don’t wear any clothes and walk around with a towel not on them but on there shoulder as a teenager I’m really disgusted by this and genuinely don’t even want to go into the locker room anymore. It’s a eveyday thing that I see

Overall gym is ok. It’s very pricey for what it offers. The AC breaks every other week in the summer and there seems to always be some part of the roof that is leaking. Gym closes at 6 pm on the weekends and it can get really crowded after work hours, so crowded that you have to wait for every other machine. If you’re looking for a place to just lift and do cardio, planet fitness across the street is for you.

I’ve been a member here for over a decade. Overall great gym besides one thing. Ever since the mens lockeroom has been done over the sauna is 40/60 on not working. I go 5 days a week and the past 3 months since mens lockeroom has been finished more times than not the sauna is not working at all. This needs to be addressed, Very disappointed in that. other than that, great gym, facilities and staff.
