Very clean and spacious club. Plenty of cardio equipment.Lately one of the two massage chairs has been broken for over a month. I like to end my routine sitting in the massage chair but I stand a less than 50 50 chance of using it because there is only one yet they still take $24 out of my account each month

You should never drink from a water fountain in this place. Just look at the yellow and pink color rings loaded with germs. This should be cleaned every single day and apparently it is not on their daily TO DO LIST.

I like it here. Even when it is busy people are polite and courteous about sharing space. Staff are all nice and the vibe is good.

2 stars for convenience/proximity. That's about it until things improve. Staff are usually on their cellphones behind the desk while there are empty paper towel dispensers and a disgusting bathroom to take care of. Music should be regulated by a Muzak system or other - it's clear that staff have access and can play whatever they want despite it being a gym.And no, I don't feel comfortable talking to staff. "Judgement Free Zone" doesn't seem to extend beyond the desk.Update: status quo. Other than the occasional younger face at the desk, no significant changes. The other day there were 5 employees behind the counter. No one can walk the floor to check on the status of the gym? Or just be present for members? Only need one person back there for checking in. Staff need to be properly managed. As it stands, doesn't seem like there's much governance at all.
