Friendly service and a pretty good Gym! although Racine location is under construction and I’m not a fan of the layout very cramped and unorganized.

Do not recommend. This location makes it extremely HARD to cancel. You get two options to cancel, go in and speak to someone or write a letter giving them permission to cancel. I chose to write several letters and they supposedly haven’t received any of them so I’ve been charged multiple times since then. Of course they make signing up a BREEZE though and you can do that with the click of a button online. A previous planet fitness location that I’ve been to allowed you to cancel online so it’s extremely aggravating that this location doesn’t. The fact that they make canceling so difficult for those of us with hectic lives makes me NEVER want to join again. It’s such a lowball, scammer tactic. If I could give zero stars to the owner I would.

I like the club hours, atmosphere, and the equipment for the most part. My club is severly lacking in Smith machines though. Reason being, there are no olympic free weight sets or the power racks/squat racks/lifting platforms that go with that. That means that anyone wishing to do major movements such as bench press, seated shoulder presses, deadlifts, squats, etc., all have to do them on the Smith machine. My club only has 4 Smith machines and they are almost always taken. I am hoping that included in the ongoing expansion there are AT LEAST 4 more Smith machines added. Thank you.
