I would say, in the past experience was very good. Once, post pandemic, when things opened up, I really recommend that you need to have some type of audit at your facility. I was there few days ago and the place was very crowded. They told me on the phone to call ahead since they only allow certain people. I didn't notice that few days back. It almost looked like the place was as crowded as pre-pendemic and I was extremely worried about myself catching something. I also think the locker room also requires bit more attention since it's not kept clean. I really want to feel safe going back and right now, I don't feel that way with cases going up in US with Covaid-19, you have to have a strict guidelines on number of people at any given time and someone must monitor that in the club

I travel around for my job. Planet fitness is my go-to to get some healthy exercise and a nice clean shower. So I end up seeing a lot of different clubs. You people in Racine are very lucky. So far in my travels this planet fitness is my gold standard location. Looking forward to when I can return those showers were the best I've ever seen in a planet fitness in might even be the best shower I've ever taken in my life. Very clean club as well. This should be the model club for the chain. And all future shower builds should be modeled after this. I'm at a location in Iowa right now that sadly is about to get a 2-star review. it is looking like the polar opposite of this club. As for Racine great job on a great club build with five Star maintenance.

Honestly, the only reason I didn't five star this is because the trainers are only around during typical business hours. Otherwise, I love this place. Lots of machines, lots of different variety. And most of the are there people sweating next to you at the gym seem to be positive and helpful. I feel like the gym does a lot to Foster that.

Past 4 here's Planet Fitness is always a treat. I started out and I'm at my daughter at the Planet Fitness downtown Milwaukee had a good workout with her. For I live in Kenosha so I said I'll check out the one in Racine so I went in there and check it out it also was nice but neither one compared to the one in Kenosha. Both have friendly staffs about the cleanliness and Kenosha is hands-down better than any Planet Fitness I've ever been in. And I've been in probably around 25 up and down the East Coast. For the past four years. The staff at the Kenosha far surpasses any other Planet Fitness that I've been to. It's the newest one but the best one. And for the price for a black card membership you can't go wrong. Get off the couch and start working out💪🤣

A local gym closed recently and this planet fitness was the natural place for those customers to come. Now its difficult to put together a workout on strength machines, the sit up area, and my favorite the bodyweight rack. This location could probably double in size due to the usage and constant training classes and be the perfect size. Its great for treadmill and other cardio workouts but I see fewer people from the opening day crowd.

Ive been coming here for almost 4 months now, and i loved it for those first few months. But lately, this place is getting like super packed at 5:00 to the point where its difficult to use any weight machines. I wish that members werent allowed to bring guests during peak hours. Also maybe people can get off the equipment if they are not actually using it. Go play on your phone in the lobby. Why isnt this enforced?Its starting to get really frustrating to CONSTANTLY see people not wipe down equipment after use. Im really not into touching a complete strangers sweaty mess or looking to catch any diseases. You never know whats out there these days... There needs to be additional signage around, maybe more trash bins would encourage it?The staff is almost always busy, but it would be nice if there was additional staff to walk around and watch that people are actually cleaning up. They cant see whats happening in the back of the gym when they are always up front.

Love the equipment. Everyone is doing their own thing. I wish they had more stations to clean the equipment when done. Maybe instead of towels and spray. A container of disinfectant wipes would be good too. Staff is nice always see 1 or two employees working very hard to keep things clean.

I enjoy planet fitness I've had my membership in three different states it's always clean they put real flowers in the bathroom for good decoration n great hours

Love it here!! Not too busy and nobody judging anyone. Plus so many nice people that go there, they are always willing to give help and tips to your workout.

I’m so upset. The facilities are great but the staff has not idea about the service and disrespectful. One of the staff members stoped my dribbling training arguing that the cardio zone was too busy and he was attempted to seize my ball. I wasn’t annoying anybody or breaking the safety rules.
