Needs updating. It's Rancho we should have a better gym. At LEAST add water station where we can refill water bottles!

Just did a yoga class with coach Lydia! She is awesome! Very encouraging and I felt 100 times better afterward. Definitely gotta come here for the yoga 🧘♀️ all other aspects of the gym are great too :) …

Super upsetting, i came to workout today and i been a member of this gym for a long time. Never had this problem before but the cleaning lady they have dusting and vacumming equipment was super rude, slamming her duster and blowing dust all over me and other people working out, disreguarding people working out, this kind of cleaning should be done while the gym is closed and not open to the public. I will be letting corporate know because i know management doesnt care, its absolutely unacceptable.

Overall a decent gym. Minus one star because either you’re enforcing the mask mandate or you’re not. Most of the time people don’t listen and the employees who I don’t blame don’t follow up. However, they make a big deal of it in their advertisement.

Not a bad gym but half of the machines are old and hard to maneuver due to rust.I got a free 3 day pass online to check if I would join but the manager reduced my stay to 1 day with the excuse that I was a member 4 years ago and already know the gym... I didn't argue but not a good move, made me think that any costumer service will be bad since she couldn't respect a simple free 3 day pass.
