Very dirty! The cleaning lady sits in the women bathroom watching TV or just sitting having conversations. The mirrors in the weight room and cardio room are so dirty. The mirror in front of the squat machine is gross and full of spit. It's been like this for over a year. It is terrible how the membership price goes up but the quality of the gym goes down. The weight plates are chipped, cracked and broken. The barbells are bent so most are dangerous to use. You can rarely find matching dumbbells because they are all over the gym. The machines are so close you're almost on top and definitely in the way of the person next to you because of the closeness. I never see employees cleaning up the facility. There are empty bottles all over and the next day they still there! Trying to find a manager here is a joke. They hide in their office and are never out or available. Witch is why this gym is such a mess, get management under control and the rest will fall in place.

This gym is a poor option to consider even for a one time visit. The front entrances regularly have motorcycles parked in front of them. The weights are in terrible condition with multiple plates having chipped rubber coatings. They have been know to frequently cut the hands of both regular and periodic frequenters of this facility. The management makes no attempt at any point during operating hours, which are 24 hours, to reorganize the chaos caused by members taking weights in the sauna, steam, and cycling rooms making it almost impossible to find matching sets of dumbbells. The dress code is absolutely disregarded as women walking around in sheer undergarments are a regular sight and wardrobe malfunctions occur with disturbing regularity and management has made no attempts to correct the issue. The locker rooms are a complete joke. More than half of the lockers that don't require coin deposits are defective. Thievery is common at this location with members having entire bags stolen out of lockers that were secure with heavy duty locks. The locker room floor is constantly littered with discarded wrappers, soiled undergarments, and paper towels. The urinals in the men's locker room overflow daily and the toilets overflow so constantly management simply leaves plungers next to stalls and leaves it to the members to correct the issue. The sauna and steam room are completely dominated by the stench of eucalyptus dumped on the heat producing coils by members and the floor is often times littered with weights. The flooring in the main gym area, most noticeably around the bench press area, is cracked and pot holed. The basketball courts are basically a free for all with members having broken the glass door multiple times, empty bottles are a constant presence, more than half the court is unusable at any given time due to "team" workouts, loud cursing, offensive music blaring from speakers brought in by members, and teams playing in various states of undress. The group fitness room is completely unbearable when more than 10 people are using it at once because it becomes a virtual sauna complete with fogging windows. Equipment stays out of commission for absurd amounts of time in comparison to the number of members monthly paying dues. If you are not already locked into the ludicrous membership contract this facility perpetuates, one is advised to look for a fitness experience elsewhere.

Great 24 hour fitness since it's been updated and has a bunch of new machines and is a very large location, however unfortunately they have the Precor AMT's instead of the Cybrex Arc Trainers and that's a downer for me since it's my main cardio machine. If the Upland location has the Arc Trainers, I will probably go there instead since I am in between them.

I became a member of 24 hour fitness in January of 2013. The place is not very clean and the equipment is old. In fact some of the equipment are the old Nautilus make and needs upgrade really bad. This review is primarily related to what happened today, 4/17/13 @ 8:48pm. I decided to take my wife in as a guest to this establishment. She is already a member of another gym and I thought it would be a good idea if we both went to the same gym. At the front desk I signed in as usual by scanning by finger print and requested a guest membership for my wife. The person at the front desk was not very friendly and seem to be accusatory, thinking that my wife had already been a guest member. In fact he did not even check her drivers license and he seem to get very aggitated at us. I told him that this is her first time and that I would like her to check this location out if she was interested in joining. Instead of helping out he continued to state that he cannot provide a guest membership for the day. He got me upset and I told him that I was going to cancel my membership. He did not even make a conciliatory move to not lose me as a member, instead he simply obliged and said that my membership is now cancelled.I am assuming that this is not the 24 hour corporate policy to lose members and not to attract new members. This is not very smart if this is a common business practice. I assume that this individual whose name is Henry Hill III lacks training and common sense customer service. His manager, William must do something about this, otherwise this will be the demise of this location.

The restrooms and floors are very dirty. Staff always has the heaters on forgetting customers are there for a workout and sweating. Very uncomfortable

The gym never has any basketballs available for checkout regardless of the number of people at the gym. I went there on a Sunday with 4 people on the basketball court (a total of 3 basketballs checked out). Are you serious??
