Been going for almost a year now and love it . Coaches are great. All very knowledgeable and friendly and have a sense of humor. They do want you to succeed and better yourself. They respectfully push you to get better. All the coaches have the experience and resume to back up their lessons. Great facilities, friendly staff. A lot lessons thru the day and week.

Good variety of BJJ classes. The only local gym I've found with BJJ classes on Saturday and Sunday (most just offer open mat Saturdays, and closed Sundays). Reasonable prices. Gi and no-gi offered. Great location with plenty of parking. Very friendly staff, excellent customer service. The gym is always HOT, so you will work up a sweat quickly.

The training was decent, however, some of the staff/coaches were simply unwelcoming and unfriendly. I had a friend try out a fundamental session. He also didn't like the vibe he was getting either. We get it you guys train and take it seriously but asking the why questions will always have a better answer and result as opposed to raising your voice or being passive-aggressive.

I was on a short term work assignment looking for a gym. I dropped in for a visit and immediately signed up when I left. I ended up staying for close to a year and could not have enjoyed my stay any more due to this gym. World Class Coaches paired with the most amazing training partners. I could not recommend this gym enough! Unmatched training from kids to world class athletes!

My teenage son and I joined recently. They promote a strong team atmosphere and a structured curriculum. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for beginners or advanced students.

Love this gym. I have a 7 and 14 year old that prior to here had no experience with jujitsu, wrestling and kick boxing. My kids are loving all of it. The coaches are amazing and pay attention to detail and technique while teaching, which is really important for safety.

The instructors here are incredibly passionate about what they do. They manage to be concerned for safety and welfare while still pushing students to improve and challenge themselves. There is a wide variety of classes and times, and it's an appropriateway for beginning, intermediate, and advanced material artists.

I highly recommend Millennia MMA. The coaches are very student focused, welcoming and patient. The comraderie between students feels like family. Best of all, if you’re new to BJJ or Muay Thai, they have fundamental classes that help you …

Literally my 2nd home. I find so much patience in the coaches especially for the new and the little ones joining your mma classes. Great staff with a welcoming environment since the start. Your fighters are my inspiration. Hoping to see myself succeed like them. I love the consistency I see around there.
