Excellent gym that keeps up with the evolution of Martial Arts and fitness. The prices are great too! You can learn MMA, jiu-jitsu, and striking for the same price that most gyms charge for only one art. Been going for 2 years and don't plan to stop!

The coaches and staff are awesome and very knowledgable...everyone including the students are very friendly and make you feel right at home!! The gym is very clean & has a cool setup. I would reccomend this place to everyone and anyone of all ages!!

Great place to train. Has a great family atmosphere with people of all levels to train with. All the instructors are great and the other gym goers are very friendly! There are classes for absolute beginners in Jiu jitsu and MMA striking. Come by and get started on your journey!

This facility provides a clean, safe, and professional environment for all to train! I’ve been coming here for almost a year and honestly it has been a great experience for me. The instructors of each class are very informative and really care about your development.Once you come and do the free 3 day trial, you will definitely want to join!! You won’t regret it.

I am a former Marine and have been training in various locations from Japan, Ft Lenoardwood, to 29 Palms. I do appreciate what I learn from those gyms but none of them compare to Millennia. I have been training here for a year and they have various skills levels which is nice. They are well organized with their classes. All three of my kids train here and they love it. They have grow a lot over the year they been here in their skills, fitness, and confidence. hope this helps anyone who is looking for a good gym to call their home.

Been going for so many years. it doesn't feel like a class. It feel more like a family motivated team effort for you not to give up. All the instructors are great and are there to help you and not leave you behind. Great place for kids to learn how to defend themselves and have a great time while learning. Many are going throw in there and not just set the standard for the gym that they are highly motivated with their students.
