Decent gym, nice equipment and staff. The only thing really needing improvement is their drinking fountains, the water is warm and a not so nice taste. The removed one when it broke instead of fixing it.

My kids have done both soccer and hockey here. Almost like a home away from home at times. Fairly good food too.

Really nice facility. Quite expensive though, you have to sign up for the whole year not month to month and you can only pause your membership for 3 months but you still have to pay while paused and then get reimbursed at the end of the year, not good for people who are on a tight budget.

Great place to work out at and also play many amazing sports with other amazing people.

Lacking in customer service experience- complacent attitudes and negative. Equipment is not maintained well. There was some new equipment added, but still not up to par with cost for monthly. Contract must be read line for line- don't let the representative give the quick overview and sign your life away. Gym is more focused on revenue coming in from sports area then the weight room. Dripping wet and humid during summer with lack of A/C. Other gyms in area will provide a better offer on monthly, no binding contract and better equipment options.-Someone who doesn't write reviews unless necessary.

Too many elderly just hanging out and socializing on the equipment. Equipment seems be broken and not repaired for a long time. Too expensive for what's it's worth. Did not renew membership.

Love the pool and hot tub. Ice skating rink is nice. And love the staff.

Skate Staff sucks, Public skate is always empty, Not worth 8 dollars plus skates. Get more people to come.

Large facility, great classes, friendly staff. Best commercial gym around.

The facilities themselves are not bad for the price you pay for a membership. However, I will never play sports there again. I have played a few sports there for a few seasons now and it is impossible to have fun while paying. The referees are very biased, have a superiority complex, and plain don't know the rules of the game. Having noticed this, I went to the head of indoor sports who was very unwilling to help and non-confrontational to the point where he wouldn't give me any attention, even though I was very respectful and calm. I thought this to be greatly unprofessional of a company who charges $700 - $1000 to a team for a season of less than 10 games. Very disappointed.Again, not a bad facility, but very poorly run and managed. In the future I, and I know at least a dozen others, will be driving twice as far for our indoor sport needs.
