Going down hill fast. Was a member for 10 years, and every year it seemed to be getting worse. Management does not appear to care about the members, or their concerns. The fitness membership is probably 50% or more Silver Sneakers members who get greatly reduced memberships through Capital Blue Cross. Many of the reviews I've seen here are from those members, and they write reviews repeatedly. They do have some great group fitness classes but 80% of them are during the day. Different pricing depending on who you talk to. They have a weekend membership but you have to ask for it. Keep an eye on your monthly payments! I asked to put my membership on hold for the summer. Found out later that they did not put it on hold, even though they had told me they did at the time. The cardio equipment is old. No individual TVs on equipment. Its not unusual for the equipment to be down, and it can be weeks before its repaired. The TVs have issues too. At least two (of 10) don't have sound. Don't leave your purse in your car. Every year they have problems with cars being broken into.

My daughter had infant/toddler swimming here. The locker rooms are adequate and the swimming pool was a good size. The water is extremely chlorinated, which I guess is to be expected with so many people using the pool, but it's tough to hang out in there for any length of time. The instructors and other staff were always friendly. Will definitely consider taking her back in the future.

I used to come here much more and it was awesome. Now things are breaking down and the hockey rink is getting a little old. Gaps in the glass, the zamboni broke down on the ice, etc... too bad the other ice isn't there anymore. The league there is pretty well run with the teams being somewhat close in skill, nothing like Oaks Center Ice which is a mess in that department.

not warm and welcoming at all. I came here once for the 7 day trial, like I said, once. Immediately found another fitness home . total 360 compared to this.

Great overall experience, although the price for membership is pretty expensive.

Been a member for three years, it is a nice place with good equipment, great employees. The pool hot tube should have better ventilation and this has been a problem for a year now! There a little slow when fixing broken machines too. But all in a good place to stay in shape!
