The member services team at Body Zone works hard to satisfy even their casual guests, like me, who utilize a punch card. During a recent concern with my punch card usage, the member services representative at the front desk explained to me …

We did parent/child swim classes for our now 2 year old. The first session we had a grandmotherly lady named Michelle who our daughter absolutely loved. The second session we signed up for was a younger college aged teacher. We did about half as many things in class and noticed a huge regression in our daughters participation and skills. The staff was very accommodating, and after our third class of the session we stopped and were given a credit to attend a future session with Michelle. We look forward to doing some more sessions with her this coming spring and summer!

Not a good place if u like to swim or use Hydrotherapy pool unless you go in afternoonPrior to April 1st you could do that now for whatever reason, you can not use either in morning till arobics water classes are over.Lanes for freestyle were open but not allowed in!! When I ask why to pool manager, there was no response, just get out of water. So I went next step to see facility mgr and nothing just"We are trying something new". I will see if enough people complain otherwise will go elsewhere. I'm not only one who has problem with this, but people need to say something or will remain the same

I was a member for three years and I'm going to give the good as well as some criticisms of the facility. Overall the facility is huge and clean for the most part. Over the past year they upgraded to more CrossFit equipment which I enjoyed. The locker rooms are fairly well maintained, although I wish the hair dryers were cleaned in the back to prevent over heating. Now for the critical parts. Membership is pricy and for that price the roof needs to be fixed. If they have to close the place for a bit to fix it properly then it might not leak when it downpours. From time to time I see buckets or small puddles when it rains. I would like to make suggestion for the trainers. When you have a group or an individual to train and you need equipment or a large amount of space on the CrossFit part maybe post a sign for the amount of time you need the space. There were times when I wanted to use a space or equipment and a large group was spaced out in the area. OR post a sign or let people know you need items for your clients, so members dont use items that they need for the session. I accidently used a trx band that a trainer needed, so I moved. He seemed a little annoyed. There needs to be water fountains in the main gym area. I know they took out the old ones that were leaking but I wish they replaced them only because I would go through my gallon and I hate to spend money on a plastic bottle. More than just one chalk station and replace the chalk more often.A big one, better organization of parking during expos or other. If you're looking for parking space just to use the gym its better to avoid going during the event. Maybe have employees direct people parking or put out notice for members on a designated part of the parking lot to park safely away from crowds.I will not be returning due to finding a local run gym more specific to my goals and lower pricing. Still the place is worth the free trial to check out and form your own opinion.
