The place is so good. The parking lot is spacious. Once you get in from the main door, you will encounter all these banners and mounting screens that announce the current or coming events. Also, there are nice high tables in the hallway. The place is very welcoming and warm. One of the rinks has multiple entrances which is very convenient when the spectators leave the game and head out.

I had a reservation to ice skate with my daughter and father this afternoon. Yesterday I went for a covid test before spending a weekend out and about with an older family member and around the general public, trying to do the right thing and making sure I'm not spreading this thing around. I got a positive test result, so I needed to cancel and reschedule plans. Body Zone refused to offer any kind of refund, rescheduling, or credit towards a future visit.I'm just amazed that a business which requires preplanning and reservations due to a global pandemic refuses to work with customers who are actually affected by said global pandemic

This happened on February 14th 2021 around 5:40. I went to a youth hockey game with one of my friends today. Note, we were wearing masks and social distancing from others. We just were in the rink area, minding our own business. Minutes later, we get kicked out. We learned the players can only have one or two people because of covid restrictions. I get it with covid. They don't want it to spread, but we were there the whole time and they had no promblem with it. We got kicked out with 13 minutes left in the game. It was ridiculous. If we did have covid and spread it why would it matter because we were already there for 40 mins. We never knew that we couldn't be there. It didn't say anything on the website about it which is very misleading on the reading royals youth hockey's teams part. Then we had to get someone to pick us up and leave.

I have been a member since 2008 and obviously I really like BZ. The staff, equipment, cleanliness are excellent. Ted and Chris Kolva make it feel like a family atmosphere. I interact with Melissa, Kyle, Conner, Alicia, Doug, Jackie, Nate, Andre, Lacey, Sarah, Jason on a weekly basis and they always make it easy for me to get what I need. They are very good at answering questions regarding what exercise and equipment I should use to strengthen and improve myself.

I'm reviewing for the Parent/Child Swim classes and toddler programs. We had an amazing experience taking this swim class! Miss Michelle is fantastic! She's great with kids in a wide range of ages, and gives such clear instruction. She really helps the parents understand their role in learning to swim and she makes it fun and engaging for everyone. I've also had questions and had to schedule a make-up class, and Lacy at the front desk has been beyond accommodating. She's great with anything you need. We are trying the toddler soccer program on Thursdays. I don't know the names of the two young gentlemen that run it. I will say that while the dark haired one does try hard to get the kids engaged and participating, the blonde one seems super over it. Which I do understand as it's hard to get 3-5 year olds to listen. My only suggestion would be that the young coaches try more games instead of running. For example, partner them up to pass the ball to each other, get dollar store hula hoops to kick through the practice aim, and use color comes to have them kick around. Play red light, green light, or freeze. I get it won't be perfect, they're just suggestions. I still think for the price it's a perfect place to get the kids out of the house and trying new things. This parent is extremely grateful to you all at Body Zone for offering these affordable programs. Thank you!! :)
