Love Body Zone. Staff is friendly and courteous. The facility is clean and maintained. They have taken every step possible to provide a safe fitness and sporting environment for it's members and guests. Masks are worn at all times and the policy enforced. Equipment is state of the art and is disinfected regularly by staff members. The locker rooms, showers, and lavatory facilities are clean and well maintained. The classes are great and taught by very competent and enthusiastic instructors. If you follow the rules and act accordingly, this is the place to be. This is the Mercedes Benz of fitness centers.

First time back since March '2020. Trying to get back in shape after having Covid-19. Will see a personal trainer tomorrow and see what happens

Nice facility but...Some aspects seem to be poorly maintained. I only use the hockey facilities so my experiences are limited only to those areas. The showers in the hockey locker rooms haven't worked properly in over a year. Some don't have shower heads and NONE have hot water. There is rarely soap or paper towels at the sinks in the hockey locker rooms. The bench doors and penalty box doors often don't latch properly. Most of the issues are minor and would only require basic maintenance to resolve.

Body Zones employee (pictured).Yelled at my daughter to “get out”, last night at Body Zone because her mask was down. He never gave her a chance to pull it up and singled her out. He was being very rude and unprofessional. He called the Police on her as well. All over a mask. What is this world coming to? Will definitely not recommend Body Zone to anyone.

Not professional. Harry at the front desk, at least that’s what we were told his name was, was very rude and harassed my sister for pulling her mask down. He did not give her the chance to put it back up before he kicked her out and called the cops on her. Very rude and would not recommend Body Zone.

They would not honor a coupon for public skating because they said it expired even though there was no expiration date printed on it. Its shady business to sell passes for a fundraiser and then not honor them. Its customary to print an expiration date on the coupon if you don't plan to honor it past a certain date. Its not that difficult. Everybody else does it!

I really liked this gym when my husband and I did a one week trial. Unfortunately, the child care room was horrible! It was so small! There was hardly anything in there for kids to do. My son would sit at the door crying. The workers were really friendly though. With how pricey it is a month you would think they would have a way better room for the kids to play!!! And this place is huge! They should have come up with something bigger and better for the little kids!!! Now we are going to the YMCA because they have a huge place for kids to play but I really dont like the gym part near as much. Body Zone seemed to be a lot cleaner, more equipment, and organized. The only thing was the day care room. I really hope they change that and give the kids more space to play so we dont have to worry about our kids being bored while we workout!!! Until then, I have to go somewhere else. Change your daycare please!

Great sports facility, very diverse with turf, hardwood, and 2 ice rinks. The hockey locker rooms are actually large enough to fit your whole team in.Ice can sometimes be wet and sticky when you start.

I rate this a 3 for birthday parties. Letting the kids run around and do an activity is great. It was quite unorganized though. The pizza is hard and very dry. It tasted very old. The cupcakes were made to order by colors of the party theme. They were very dry and hard too. I wish they let outside food there because that was the only real bad part of having a party there. Not worth the $300 spent.
