Very nice facility, my only complaint is compared to the old PF I went to in Shippensburg, this PF seems a little on the crammed side. But other than that the staff is very friendly and they have quality equipment.

TO SMALL. Place has got weights and a shower room yes but the one in shillington has so much more, massage beds, more equipmemt options, Ephratas biggest down fall is its to small, just plain down to small for the amount of people

Price lock fee is a bit sneaky on their part. Charging $10/month, but there's also a one-time price lock guarantee fee of $40ish. People are attracted by the low monthly rate, then just pay for the fee since they already drove there. Literally no difference than paying $13-$15 a month somewhere else when you do the math.
