I am very upset with the continued limited hours, when I signed up for my membership I signed a contract where as I agreed to pay a certain monthly fee, for certain amenities. Planet Fitness entered into that contract offering 24/7 hour access; they are in breach of that contract and should be taken to court for violating the agreed upon, signed contract. This franchise is only limiting their hours to save money; if you are not going to provide 24/7 accessibility then membership fees should be reduced!!! We are not under a Government or State mandate to limit gym hours; in fact, all corporate gyms are 24/7 during the week, there is no excuse for not going 24/7 except for pure greed. Corporate gyms: Downingtown, Phoenixville, Pottstown, (I believe 5th street highway), etc., are open 24/7. Hold the phone...just saw they posted X'mas hours; I will pay someone $100 if they can tell me (a reasonable excuse) why are they opening at 6am instead of 5am, the day before the holiday. What excuse could there be for opening just 1 hour later, 24 hrs before the holiday; nothing but another inconvenience, and show of greed. They did same thing 24 hours before Thanksgiving, management is a disgrace, trying to take every inch they can.If it wasn't for the exceptional customer service and cleanliness of Joanne & Al the place would have gotten less than 1 star; only two people that do anything there. I am sad to hear Al is moving on, but I wish him the best, if Joanne ever leaves I will be seeking a monetary sum in small claims court.

Umm 24hours?!?! This gym has stepped up the cleaning but I still don't understand why they are not open 27/7. We pay for a gym to be open at all times to accommodate everyone.

I am sadly disappointed to hear this morning that today was one of my favorite employees last day. Joanne Garcia is one of the friendliest, kindest, hardest worker I’ve seen in a while. She always greets each member with a hello. I will definitely miss seeing her every morning. My morning workouts won’t be the same.
