Clean facility with great hours but not sure why they feel the need to hide the scanner behind the desk. Sometimes have to wait to scan. Seriously...most people can figure out how to use it. Not like they look at the computer to greet you by name. Some are friendly..others not so much.

Great gym to go to. I wasn't sure if I would keep going but I have. Everyone is pretty nice keeps to themselves. They have clean locker rooms and a water fountain. They have alot of machines including 2 rows of treadmills and 1 row of ellipticals, they have rowing machines a room with a rope machine. They also have a room for 30min workout. Enough equipment you don't have to wait for any. They also have a more private room to use mats and some ab equipment. The stores management doesn't really pay attention to the 30 min workout there's always people that hog machines or go out of order. There are also people that rudely talk on the phone I've dealt with that alot even though you're only suppose to take calls in the lobby. There are people who don't wipe down their machines but the staff wipes them down pretty well. The staff is always working and super friendly. You will definitely get your money's worth if you can overlook people from the area.

Very clean but the staff all are too serious where it becomes uncomfortable. Catch more bees with honey. Smile more.

Clean, not too busy. Trainer is the sweetest. Front desk staff can be not so nice

Love coming here except I’m not allowed to use the massage tables even though I pay the black card membership. I wish I didn’t waste my money coming here.

I love this gym. It definitely is a judgement free zone. I feel comfortable to work out there without feeling like I have all eyes on me

Read your contracts with this company.My son drove an HOUR there and an HOUR back to uphold his end of the deal and cancel in person.Was he given a confirmation of his cancellation? NOWas he charged twice following the cancellation by PF? YESSavannah told him she didn't see two charges so she couldn't help him, he'd have to deliver the statement to prove it.I felt that was excessive, certainly he could send an email of his statement.So I called and got Emily.Emily also wanted the issue to be resolved IN PERSON.Is there ANYONE that thinks that's reasonable or acting in good faith with a customer?I asked for someone on duty that could assist me -NOI asked for an email address for Savannah the manager - NOI asked for the name of the person above Savannah - NO. She would only give me the name of Alan and said he doesn't come in often and that's the limit of what she's allowed to tell me.I was told to contact Savannah between the hours of 8-4.Ok PF so you don't do email, take messages or offer a way to resolve an issue after-hours. Your gym is clearly open well beyond the hours of 8am-4pm. So am I thinking you are reasonable? NO. I think you're deliberately evasive.THINK TWICE folks - if you can't cancel with certainty and get issues resolved reasonably it's not the deal it appears to be. Allow only those you TRUST access to your bank and credit card accounts.------Dear anonymous owner. Please read the review. My son visited AND called with no satisfaction. I called because I dont like to see young people taken advantage of and brushed off. If you truly cared YOU would reach out to a dissatisfied customer.

I joined this gym 2 months ago. The staff been great except for one rude person "Savannah". She is so unprofessional. Every time I use the tanning bed they ask if I have eye wear. Today she asked to see my eyewear. Is this a test or gym? I said are u kidding me?? Savannah just walked away leaving me not using the tanning bed. This isn't the first time I saw her attitude. It not very comfortable as a paying customer.

Not sure why it took me forever to check this place out but I’m glad I did. It’s a nice gym with everything you need. Plenty of machines, free weights & cardio machines with still a lot of space so no one is on top of each other like some of the other gyms in the area. I hope that in the future, they obtain a Total Body Enhancement machine like some of the newer locations. I’d love to have that available to us in the Reading area!
