They continue to bill us after we have canceled our membership 3 times!! This is completely unethical! My wife has showed up in person to cancel our membership and the customer service representative gave her a form to fill out. She completed the form and they told her that it was canceled. They continue to bill our credit card. When we talked to the manager, she claimed to have canceled it again. When we asked her if we were going to get reimbursed, she said we would have to talk to billing. We called billing and we can't get past the automated portion of the call because it claims that it does not recognize our account. How is this legal? I find it hard to believe that this is not intentionally done.

The staff is always friendly and it's kept pretty clean. The other members seem friendly enough. I haven't seen anyone blatantly rude. My only complaint would be that the music is blaring in the locker room - like mind numbingly loud. LOL

This gym was better when it was 24 hours. The PF at my college is 24hrs and the one on 5th has 4/7 days 24hrs. I have had to cancel my membership here 2 times whenever I would go up to college. Each time they had me sign a paper canceling my membership, but that paper must go straight in the trash/shredder because each time I have been billed after canceling until I notice the charges on my card. I then would try to cancel over the phone since I'm 3 hours away at college just for them to say I need to come in to be able to cancel the membership. Leading to at least $100 in false charges. The cleanliness has also gone down hill as the locker rooms smell and are often sticky.

This place used to be clean and a good place to workout but the hours are ridiculous. What gym closes at 7 I got a membership for a 24 hour gym. I can understand these hours about a year ago but not anymore. They don’t clean the showers are very dirty. The locker rooms smell.

I go here in the morning from Monday through Friday if I'm not traveling. Always helps to get my steps in before the work day.

The gym is generally clean and a good place to work out. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that when I signed up for PF it was mainly for the 24 hour service. Being a college student and being a server the flexibility was my selling factor.

Clean, not too busy, good amount of machines. Wish they had more perks

Tons of equipment to use, good app that shows level of crowd, clean and organized area, nice staff, super affordable pricing.

I had a good workout. The club needs to clean the equipment besides the sanitizing done by us.

Great place to get a work out in! Staff keeps everything clean.
